Me: Hey ****, are you following my fashion advice today? dark with light?
Her: haha, who is this?
Me: ****, your fashion advisor Nebraska gal
Her: haha, i cant say i remember us talking about fashion but good lookin out!
Me: you are a bad listener.how did you do in school?
Her: haha, graduated with honors, not a bad listener just a good drinker.
me: speaking of drinking, whats your schedule like on tuesday? lets grab a drink.
Her: i might be able to make some time for my self-proclaimed fashion advisor.
me: great, tuesday 7 pm..Venue.
Her: Sounds good
Today, standard confirmation text.
Me: I'll be waiting by the main entrance.
Her:(Two hours later):Hey, oh my i just got off work and totally forgot about this! Im about to get on a train and i dont think ill make it back to the city in time, can we reschedule? im sorry.
Me: (Two hours later) Ok, lets do tomorrow then, same time. You live in the suburbs, that sucks.
No reply yet. idk if she will reply tom but we will see. thoughts?
I've seen that generic reschedule request enough times to know that if it doesn't happen in a day or two, throw it far back on the backburner of things that take up your thoughts and time. Her delay in answering should give you enough of an answer here as far as her interest.

RE: The I-Just-Got-Flaked-On Thread
Met this girl while she was a bit drunk, during the "Fête de la musique" the 21st June.
Went direct, kino'ed, she asked for my number.
3 days after I called her, she did not remember who I was, I refreshed her memory while being direct again, she asked me for a pic and a mail to explain in detail how did we met. Did that, got her during tuesday to accept a date for today, 15h(after work)
Texted her yesterday again to confirm the place and the date, everything alright.
Now today, 1h before the meeting:
First text: I'll not last too long I have a tight schedule.
Second text 10 mn later (I did not answer the previous one, was taking a shower):
Can we postpone it later? My schedule is tighter than expected.
A bit angry, I reminded her that we chose that time because of her tight program that day. She said "Sorry again, I did not expect it to be that much"
I ask her to give me a reschedule, she did not answer.
TLDR: I just got flaked.

RE: The I-Just-Got-Flaked-On Thread
I haven't gotten flaked on yet but I think I might. First, I met her at a bar that was having this dating event. I had talked to her for a little bit then went to talk to someone I knew. She came over and basically pried me away and we ended up talking for the rest of the night, like 2 1/2 hours. We exchanged numbers and I gave her a hug. Mistakes learned: not isolating her and not going in for the kiss (I thought it might be weird, which is still too beta).
I call her 2 days later at 830, no answer so I tell her to call me back. She texts me at 1030 saying she was sorry she missed my call, texts again at 1040 apologizing for a typo, and again at 1050 telling me good night talk to you soon. I texted back around 1120 telling her good night we'll catch up later.
Next day I was busy all night getting a notch, but I woke up yesterday to find 2 texts she had sent at 1130, the first was apologizing for being so busy this week, the second suggested getting together for dinner Saturday night. I wrote back when I got to work telling her I could do saturday night but couldn't do dinner until 8, and made some joke about how hot it was. She responds around 600 last night with an lol (and more) about the heat joke, then says she can't do Sat night. I was waiting for a friend at the time, so I wrote back asking how next week would work for getting some drinks.
So far I haven't heard back, on the one hand I feel like she wants to get together, but on the other hand she's easily a 7 maybe an 8 and I imagine has a slew of guys she's going through. I know she's going through therapy for a broken bone, but that can't take up all her time. My plan is to wait at least a day to reply to anything she texts me (although if my reply falls on Saturday I'll wait to Sunday). If she doesn't text me I'll send her something Monday, maybe a smart ass comment. As far as her text goes, if she says she can do something I'll do it, but if she writes back and says she's busy all week I'm thinking it's a lost cause and I cut her loose.
Any thoughts? It was probably a mistake to agree to Saturday.

Met a hot spanish dame named Isabela. SHE asked ME to hang out when we got back to Berlin. We messaged a little and planned to meet at 9:30. She ditched me to go to a lame bar with all the other fucking nerds in our program.
It doesn't feel bad man....
It
She said next week. Yeah so have a fun weekend out then, broad

I was waiting for a seat at the bar since it was packed, so I sat down next to her and ordered a drink from cocktail waitress. We started chatting, my game was tight, I had to leave to meet some friends somewhere else so she gave me her number and told me to text her during the week about meeting up for drinks. Texted her, got no response. Deleted her number.
This happens all too often, unfortunately. I was a bit surprised that a woman that age was so flakey. For some reason, I expected an older, professional woman to be less flakey but I guess that's not the case.
I wouldn't quite call it a flake. That's just a part of playing the numbers game, even the best players are not immune to it. Rather than getting pissed off and deleting her number, make her a mass-text candidate. There have been so many cases where guys have ended up banging these 'flakes' on first dates once they get them to reply.
Game is a necessary evil

I'm learning anymore that when the first flake text comes in, to ignore it and all the rest. Try to make lemonade outta lemons and go solo game in the wake of the flake.
Hell, if you hook up or meet a new girl, maybe if you can nonchalantly squeeze off a pic with a new girl, respond with a pic-text to her final flake text and say;
"that's alright, I met someone else while waiting for you and we really hit it off.." jealousy card out the gate....
