I just got back from a 30km bike ride in the hills, it was raining the previous night which turned the track into a quagmire.

Rode my bike to the park, did some pull ups, chin ups and dips. Returned to base, promptly crack cold brew, cleaned grill but now a bit buzzed so fuck that. Now RVF, nap and footy laters.

Played a full game of footy, season opener for our team. It's quite competitive and a pretty high level as you can get besides anything pro-related. Although we lost the game 3-1, I finished the game beat up, bruised and roughed because I went all out on the contact, and didn't hold anything back.

Got home, foam rolled my muscles, showered, put some music on as I scrambled 4 eggs.

Went to the mall, did about 5 approaches. One was a good conversation where she was doing most of the talking, she was comfortable as well; locked her legs and faced me the whole time. When I told her 'here, I want you to put your number in my phone' as I pulled it out she said 'I don't think so, I have a boyfriend'. Teased her 'just one? I have 2 right now' but nothing much after.

Going to work at my part time fast food joint for 3 hours, then coming home to watch the rest of the hockey game. Going to open up a beer while I surf RVF.

Last night I woke from a dead drunk sleep with one of my dogs screaming her head off. I flew downstairs butt ass naked, thinking she was pinned down by pit bulls. Was so mad I didn't even grab a gun. They were gonna feel the wrath. No pits. She must've got her nose in a wild cat or possum. Couldn't sleep for hours after that. Crazy bitch.

I'm sitting at a library trying to study but instead I'm wasting time lurking RVF. A little old woman walks over to me and asks if I know how to e-mail multiple photos on an iPad. She was probably about 70ish so I was wondering what the fuck she was doing with an iPad. Anyway I had no idea so I pulled up youtube on my laptop and looked up how to do it and helped her through it.

Today somebody had a birthday today at work. People gather and 2 bottles of Champagne were on the table. The guy whos birthday it was took 1 bottle and started to open it and nobody picked up the second bottle. So I went out and opened the bottle. I feel it was pretty alpha to go and do something that everybody was thinking about but nobody dared to stand out from the crowd.
