Whats up fellas, so I'm a Uconn student and the whole campus is buzzing because some feminist wrote a whole article about how UConn's athletes are getting a pass (even though the two most recent cases both players have been suspended) for committing crimes against women. Here is the open letter she wrote to the president:

I'm with bacan on this one. It's a regular turd of a letter and makes insurmountably huge political issues out of minor design changes to a logo, then somehow relates it to the collegiate/school culture of letting high value athletes get a free pass on minor incidents. Since she doesn't add anything to society or the school in general I can't see how or why the school would humor her request. I would have been better off not reading it and skipping directly to the comments section.

Basil, while yes it is similar to insanity wolf, insanity wolf isn't exclusively about rape, the meme a broad spectrum of crazy ideas.

The author of the complaint did not even make the insanity wolf connection.

Not to mention wolf =/= husky


And even if there was a connection between insanity wolf and the UCONN husky, IW is satirical in nature.

It's a meme which indeed the logo copies but go blame a bottomless pit University full of money that tossed to much cash at a Brooklyn marketing firm that designed that ironic logo. It's aggressive which is the enteral theme in sports, and this logo will be worn by all athletes men and women. When the girls BBall team starts complaining then maybe we have something, but by wont because they probably all think it's a dope logo.

When you ask "would you bang?" I have no idea which women you're referring to on those links, but the answer is "NO!" to all of them, which makes me want to ask what the hell is up with your college?

As a response to what you've posted, I'm going to link a comment I made yesterday about the nature of women (HERE it is). Had someone told me this at 19, my life would have been easier. Yours will be easier if you find a college with better-looking women, which should not be hard to do.

ADDENDUM: This article you linked to comes off as an unintentional satire of feminism more than the real thing. She's complaining an athletic logo is bad because it's "powerful and aggressive." Maybe she'd prefer the logo to be a squished snail? Or how about a wheelchair with Stephen Hawking in it? Anyway, you might want to write a letter to your school paper asking what's next --- and what can be the followup to her piece? Here are some suggestions:

Are toilet paper rolls promoting rape because they're phallic shaped?

Do donuts promote rape because they have a hole in them?

Do skyscrapers promote rape because they're erected upward, not buried downward?

Does the existence of animals promote rape because they have sex without consent?

And so on. Whatever you do, just be sure to put whatever you write in annoying italics, because that's what she did.
