Yes they sure did! Scrolling past the "best ones" posted on Jezebell I was wondering why I did not find any even remotely funny, so I just assumed it was the loser writers there. So I scroll to the live on-line feed it was more of the same... sigh.

Not to split hairs, but I don't think the women on that Twitter account were trying to be funny per se. I think they were trying to be snarky and sarcastic, the two only emotional modes known by any female who frequents Jezebel.

I don't see how suggesting that women should consider that maybe there are other people in the world and that maybe they will objectively view a certain situation differently from how they do is tantramar to 'Men wanting to keep us girls in our place', but I was also not born with a meal-ticket between my legs and told from infancy that I'm everything good and well in the world and that none of the bad things that befall me in my life will in any way be my own fault.

Give me 48 hours with a vagina of my own, drop me in America and watch me set myself up for the next ten years.
