Of course they age better and it's all to do with genetics. On the opposite end, while Eastern European/Russian women look like angels in their youth, by the time they hit 29 many of them look like they're in their late 30s, early 40s. It's pretty shocking.

Indians are not Southeast Asian! Rich Indian women age well because they stay out of the sun. The poor village girls who are out in the sun all day look like shit by the time they're 40. Very pale north Indian women are indistinguishable from Persians.

Another problem with FOB Indian women is that they do zero exercise and do not diet. They usually put on at least 10lbs per kid and the fat never goes away. A lot of Indian women with more than 4 kids are hippo sized.

A lot of the Asian woman look is heavy makeup. Japanese and Korean women are taught not to leave the house without makeup so they're always done up.

I have 40yr old Japanese-American friend who looks like a ghost compared to brown Filipino women. She looks 30. She obsessively keeps out of the sun and even covers her arms when driving. Her mother is 70 and looks about 50.

I agree.

Depends on how they were raised - there are some Asian-American girls with FOB like qualities who look like girls back in their parents' countries. Many Korean-American and Taiwanese-American girls from LA look great.

Possibly diet as has been suggested. The Japanese and Mediterranean diets are often highlighted to extend life, however I'm not sure whether this includes aging well as Sicilian women etc don't seem to age well, although they do live long. There's a place in Sardinia where it's a longevity hotspot, same as Okinawa in Japan. Lots of fish and veg is a really healthy diet. Again, I'm straying into 'living longer' territory rather than ageing well.
