I got my hair cut today and found out my Laotian Hair cutter is 40!!! She's smoking hot and I had pegged her at 30 cause she looked early 20s.. I just automatically assume most Asian girls are older than they look now. She says she's been doing that Bikram Yoga other people talk about here too.

I would LOVE to sit in on that class!
I've gone to some regular Yoga classes where I was like 1 of 2 dudes in a room full of women with great @sses, I imagine Bikram even sexier with that temperature and the sweating.

It's funny how "German Dude" always brings up conversations about looking young, staying fit, etc., but it is a good conversation to have. I have over the years from my days of eating oscar meyer bolonge sandwiches and taco bell, come to realize the importance of the natural lifestyle. A lot of my ideas about natural/organic aren't necessarily based on any concrete scientific evidence or research, so can easily be argued, debated, discredited, but on my own observations/intuitions. One thing though that I thought to mention, is that I think drinking spring water is a huge thing IMHO, especially spring water high in mineral content. Aside from spring water, really just drinking lot's of water in general, especially filtered or spring, and not tap water. Again many people will argue this and I understand their point, but I just don't like how tap water is treated with all the chlorine, floride, and God knows what other shit you will find in there. Only problem with spring water, is unless you have access to a clean spring on your property or public one, you'll have to go to the store and buy it in plastic containers. Plastic containers are bad for the environment, so getting a water filter or buy filtered in huge reusable jugs at the natural food store is really the most eco-friendly or green way to do things. I still don't drink enough water, but it disgusts me how much Americans drink fake juices, sodas, etc., that are bad for them, and not enough water. The best water I have found is called "Ice Age" comes from a British Columbian glacier, it is very high in mineral content, they use high quality food grade plastic, and are 25% recycled, I always recycle every one, so that's how I rationalize it in my mind.

I answer YES to the thread question.

I think genetics plays a big role and less convinced for weight, etc. A caucasian women in perfectly good shape will look much older than her asian counterpart.

As similar age caucasian coulples mature, a mismatch seems to grow with the woman getting much older and the dude looking like he got a raw deal.

Asian chicks age better? I´ve never heard this nor seen it. Mongoloids (ASIANS) generally don´t age well. Hell the squinty eyes tend to make them look old even when they are still kids.. The Mongoloid race consists of Asians, pacific islanders like Tungans, American indians and people from India. many of these groups look old very young. I would say that southern European people do not age well, however the northern European nordic stocks if they stay in their natural environment which is high latitudes away from the sun, don´t drink, smoke or do drugs and try to stay somewhat in shape they can look young forever. As far as blacks go, only the pygmies are pedomorhpic (retaining a infantile appearance even into adulthood) The other blacks don´t along with Australian aboriginees they look horribly old fast so the idea that melenin helps them somehow is BS only in sun protection thats it.

Japanese definitely age well. Can't speak for the rest of Asia. They tend to have lean tight bodies and if they put on a few pounds it is usually in the right places. Their hair stays thick and they tend to keep it dyed black (no gray). Their skin definitely doesn't as quickly develop the deep creases that Western people are prone to. Younger is of course better but I do not see women here losing the majority of their attractiveness by 30 like you do in the West. Their attractiveness curve is more similar to a Western guy's (they will often keep improving until mid-to late 20s).

I see it all the time here in Nairobi. You can tell White Africans-by their 30s they've all got significant sun damage. Asians on the other hand make a fetish of avoiding the sun and it shows.

I'm gonna go with far east asian-caucasian mixed race women.
I've with a couple and some I still bump into from time to time and they don't see to age. Immaculate skin, decent well-proportioned curves, bigger eyes obviously.

Seems to work better too when the mother is asian and the father caucasian, or even better offspring from two already mixed-asian parents.

Google half-japanese or half-korean to see what I mean.

When I'm world president I'm going to enforce the mixing of races.

If that's true, then Eastern European women take it to the extreme. 16-29, they're fucking beautiful. But once they hit 30 man, they hit the wall hard. I'd like to attribute it to the hard drinking and smoking they have, but I haven't seen an example of a post-30 Eastern European woman who doesn't smoke/drink heavily.

+1 - I more or less avoid the sun now as a 30- something man. If I were a woman Id be obsessed w staying clear of it. Amazing how many of these chicks tan the way they do...

On average, they probably tend to age more slowly than other populations. Some of that likely is genetic, but I'll bet nutrition and environment also play a role. This is probably amplified by the strong asthetic preference for cuteness in many East Asian countries.

They tend to carry their younger years well, especially if they are active, but when they crash--they fucking crash BIG TIME... Of course, you can post photos of anomalies, but the same goes for latinas... And then, if you want to take that bound, the same could go for caucasians... Everyone here can post photos of anomalies, in any race... But that's what they are: anomalies...

Why not just say, you're after someone that defies the odds, regardless of race? Seriously? If you want someone of that standard, just set your prospects higher. I understand that you are asking the likelihood of such things happening and if it is more common amongst asians, but let's just call it what it is... Is it an asian that you want or do you just want (and appreciate) a fit woman that retains her looks after what would be considered a "western" prime?

This thread reminds me of an Asian girl I was seeing last year, and her mother.

My mother and hers are about the same age. But what's significant is that they're both Asian.

Mine was raised in SEA. Hers, USA.

My mother wasn't about that party lifestyle (so I've been led to believe), and doesn't take any drugs or meds. She's been married to my dad for 28 years. Average diet, minimal exercise.

Hers was about that party lifestyle, smoked (and smokes) mad cigarettes, rode the carousel, popped (and pops) painkillers, shitty diet, no exercise... she looks like she's got about 15 years of hard mileage on my mother, who actually might be the older one.

Lifestyle is a huge factor.

I have to admit I usually find Asians in their mid twenties more attractive than those in their late teens. This is especially the case with Japanese girls, who can look unsettlingly more like 12 at the age of 21.

Of course, with white girls, I generally find those around 19 much more physically attractive than those in their mid twenties.
