The worst decision of the so called manosphere was starting real battle with feminist sphere by attacking them. Think about it, simply by responding to girl power front in such manner those bloggers instantly become just as bad as those feminist say they were. From legacy standpoint it was super fucking dumb move unless of course all they wanted was to put the cat among the pigeons and enjoy the show a bit. It's not about whether manosphere is right or wrong per se but rather it's about that off putting toxic tone of the posts or the need to mock their opposition. It's like, who the fuck cares what competition thinks? or whether they get affected or not? or even what they feel at all about us? or how bad some ugly bitch looks?

Instead they should have just ignored all those lame women movements and kept fueling the fire why manoshere is awesome for regular guy. If you are manosphere blogger/activist just do your thing, IGNORE the haters completely, NEVER respond to anything, post good interesting positive stuff, create your tribe and lead the way. Speaking from a larger cultural perspective, the manosphere is following in the tradition of gangsta rap, Hunter S. Thompson, early punk, Frank Zappa, the Stones, HL Mencken, Eminem, JD Salinger and "Fight Club." All were considered offensive and "affronts to polite society" once; all are considered groundbreaking now.

The fact that the adult establishment is putting out warning signs saying "Danger! Rudeness! Misogyny! They're baaaaaa!" will only make young guys become even more interested.

They claim manosphere thinking is "regressive" and "Nazi-like." Someone needs to tell them biological imperatives are the problem, not the people addressing them honestly.

I completely agree with this. A lot of people in the manosphere has no concept at all on what battles to pick. While it's easy to out-argue and shame feminists with superior logic that is a classic example of winning the battle but losing the war.

As long as feminists have the ear of the media there is nothing to be won by open battle. A couple of men will see the light as a result but feminists will add even more male vaginas to their ranks after playing the victim card and use it as examples of abuse while pushing for some new kind of legislation or restrictions.

This is why Roosh's troll piece on the 9 Ugliest Feminists was not only a humorous takedown, but also strategically sound. He got a great deal of exposure that he otherwise wouldn't have received, and the feminists who bit on his troll bait not only made themselves look stupid, petty and hypocritical, but inadvertently elevated Roosh onto their mainstream platform and gave him mad free advertising.

From a marketing and personal gain perspective it certainly has merits to get into "fights" like this. That the general public reacts the way you describe however I doubt. If it was that easy political parties for example would never acknowledge each other.

Truth be told, a lot of the 'PUA' stuff looks very impressive in cleverly edited videos and stuff. Ross Jeffries looks like some sort of magical being in his videos and in anecdotes about him...But in real life, on a consistent basis, sure it works SOME OF THE TIME, but in reality it's a numbers game, plain and simple. Great game can increase success percentages, but its a number game.

That said, vis-a-vis Ross Jeffries, is it for real? Because his methods are straight up different to anything else. Is it actually for real, because it looks damn impressive, albeit it weird.

Ross Jeffries was game 2.0 whereas game is more today at like 4.0. If it's real? Yes definitely. Many of his patterns are choppy in a conversational context however but the technology is there. It's not something I'd recommend to beginners and people who don't have patience for NLP. By today's standards his material shows its age.

Still, because it's so tech heavy and due to RJs high proficiency in NLP (don't think anyone in the scene has surpassed him in this training) he still has some of the best material out there on inner game.

The thing about the manosphere attacking feminists is that prior to the existence of the manosphere, the feminists were above criticism.

That's why there's such a shitstorm at the moment, these feminists have spent such a long time being agreed with or ignored that they don't even understand what opposition is. As a result (this is my educated guess), the manosphere gets a huge amount of attention, which in turn increases it's power as more converts consider joining. The manosphere didn't become a real threat until the feminists decided to engage.

This is actually how Abraham Lincoln became president - he challenged Stephan Douglas, who was MUCH more popular than Douglas.

Lincoln took Douglas to the debates and crushed him, gaining national popularity in the process, and eventually taking presidency.

Before those debates, however, Lincoln was a nobody. So yeah, mocking the feminists and drawing them in to attack us helps the manosphere's exposure much more than it hurts.

But the entire voting public at that time was familiar with Douglas. So it would make sense to attack a feminist celebrity like Rosie O'Donnell. But the only people familiar with names in the true "feminist community" are other radical feminists. Outside of their little blogs and twitter feeds, those people have no platform. They're not on TV debating Dr Phil or Piers Morgan, whereas PUAs have.

The manosphere already seems to be bigger than this handful of radical feminist bloggers.
