Locals can't pay that money. I think you need to lengthen your terms (6 months or so).

As I said I am no expert. Poznan was too small for me and I was mainly working so I cannot judge. I actually met Roosh in a bar there and then I discovered the forum somehow a few months later and put 2 and 2 together.
Wroclaw is a cooler city with more to do... hipper cafes etc if you know where to go. I actually really want to go to Warsaw and krakow because I love the buzz of big cities, but I am going to Lodz to meet a girl I met on holiday.
Maybe we could go for a beer if I have time.

Using Airbnb, booking.com and a few apartment rental sites -- all geared toward tourists. I'm only having the availability problem in Lodz. No one updates their airbnb calendars so it looks like everything is available, but not much is. Didn't think I would have so many lodging issues here. This city kind of sucks so I might pack it up and go elsewhere.
Isn't schengen an issue for anything past three months (for us Americans)?

It was some nightclub during the week. We had a chat at the bar but you were vague about what you were doing there … and then I just remember a flurry of girl activity and I hit the dance floor with one chick who accidentally exposed her ass to us when she got up from the couch, and you were talking to some other girl. I came back from the dance floor later but you'd already left with her I guess? I actually got lucky that night with a different girl. It was rather a fleeting a moment but I remember it clearly because it was one of the few times I went out in Poznan and I had to take a flight home the next day with a killer hangover.
If that doesn't ring any bells I am from London and we are the same age

it always makes positive impression. beside that it's just fun to hear foreigner trying to speak in local language. it takes so little time to learn like 20 useful words or some, equally useful, various product names or little cultural things.

It definitely helps to learn some basic phrases.
Here's a few I've learned, in order, along with the rough pronunciation (not the way you spell the words, obviously). You can seem my evolution from learning basic phrases to getting right down to it with the important stuff. Start with Pimsleur and then learn other phrases as necessary/needed. Younger Polish will want to practice their English with you, but older generations rarely know anything in English. I've actually been surprised at how few people speak any English. Roosh was right in Bang Poland that people in the general service sector (convenience stores, taxis, etc) don't speak English much at all.

In Poland, I don't think you'll ever have a problem with someone being upset with you speaking the language poorly. While everyone looks pissed off here just about everyday, my experience so far is that they are good people...drunk a lot...miserable...but good. And I've met several who have gone out of their way to help me, expecting nothing in return. Good people.

I cannot stress enough how important it is to speak some polish although of the girls I have had only two spoke only polish.With polish you get into the core of that if you know what I mean.

I actually thought Poland was one of the few EE countries where you could actually get away with not needing to speak the Language at all. Polish girls are very fluent in English so whilst a few words is good for a bit of fun it's not as necessary like it is in Russia and Ukraine for example.

First day I was in Wroclaw I opened an adorable artist chick on street with my " Where can I get a SIM for my foreign phone" line which also happened to be true. I kind of did go Beta looking at her ink-stained hands, she apologized for how dirty they were, and I told her the ink would wash off, but the good genetics would stay.

Not even one in a thousand men has the balls to go Beta Direct--maybe it's not so Beta-- let me pre-emptively defend against derision as I postulate the tactic..

"Beta-Direct" ( which I just made up haha) meaning you insist on getting to know her because she is so great. "I'm not leaving you alone until you agree to a date or send me away."

The idea of giving her permission to "send you away" puts her in a double bind. Only a real cold American type chick will bluntly tell you to leave her alone once you've given her a movie-fantasy moment.

Of course, America is not the place to do this, The Robot Society™ can barely comprehend friendliness, let alone love.
They've got things to do, places to be, there's no spare time on the journey up, up, up.

Definitely a desperate ploy, but in some cases perhaps the only avenue .
