Nextdoor.com - The Social Network for Your Neighborhood
Randomly came across this on some startup website.

Seems like there's potential, but it's not available in all cities.

Anyone have experience with this?

I'm willing to bet this works better in larger metro areas...I'll give it a test later today (I'm in Austin) and report back shortly.

I'm surprised that simply walking up to the front door and knocking and saying 'howdy, I'm your neighbour, just wanted to take 2 minutes to introduce myself' is being replaced by online networking.
