Yeah, it really helped. It has always taken me at least 30 minutes (usually closer to 45) to orgasm during sex. There were some occasions when I was completely unable to finish.

On day 23 I was able to orgasm in under 15 minutes and now I am consistently able to finish without any problems during sex. Try it man, I feel so much better now that I don't have to struggle during sex to finish.

One thing that has changed is that im not as horny as before and i agree with one of the users here about attracting higher quality women. Just looked at some stats and I'll give some general observations. I started early June. Prior to that for 2012, I banged out 10 girls. So about 2 a month. Since I started, I've banged 12 girls, including 6 in August. A lot more ONS in the post-fap period.

Some observations now:

- I absolutely cannot handle not talking to a girl for more than 2 days. Like a crackhead, I get an itch to approach after about 48 hours.
- I care almost exclusively about sex. This has helped and hurt me. It has helped because my goal is always sex. I don't care about dates, I don't care about conversation, everything is calculated to how I can get the sex fastest. This helps with girls that are DTF I guess, however I'm sure other girls that maybe would want to date a few times would be turned off. I've noticed more SNL and less 2nd dates if that makes sense. Like it's now or never.
- I went from only being able to nut without a condom after 30 minutes, to twice nutting in less than 10 seconds with a condom. That's actually quite embarrassing. But that only happens if I'm dead sober and haven't had sex for a while. If I drink I'm fine.
- Within probably 2 minutes of nutting I'll be good to go again. Sometimes I won't even go soft, happened once. The girl was shocked and happy.
- The slightest stimulation and I'll be as hard as a rock. So makeout, I'm hard. Speed bump in road, I'm hard.
- I'm more honeybadger style, in that I don't give a shit and approach a lot more. Also, I care a lot less about any particular goal because I'm so focused on sex as opposed to the girl herself. Literally when I'm at a bar, when I see a girl my first thought is can or would I have sex with her. Not what do I open with, who is she here with, is she drunk, etc. It's all secondary.
- I feel like my productivity has DECREASED actually. This is because of the amount of time I spend thinking about sex. However, this could be a byproduct of my lack of girls in rotation recently. I've been moving around and traveling a lot so it's hard for me to keep anything going. I've lost girls because they either move on to someone who will date them, or I'm just not around enough and they get impatient and leave.
- I've had insane streaks, including a different girl in my bed for 9 straight nights, my first threesome, and 6 girls in a month. Never had that before.
- I feel more confident.
- I really don't give a shit about many things. In a good way, as in I don't let outside thoughts/opinions influence my actions.
- My patience for LMR has gone way down and as a result I'm giving up sooner than I should.

But I'm struggling now. As good as August was to me I came back sick after labor day, have not gone out as much and messed up some easy layups last weekend so I'm on almost 2 weeks without sex. Have 3 dates lined up this week so we'll see what happens.

97 Days is crazy. I've been able to make it a total of 2 weeks since beginning the challenge.

Fuck it I'm starting this. I don't think I've ever gone longer than 1-2 weeks so as an initial challange I'm first setting the goal of 14 days for myself. Tomorrow will count as day one.

The whole point is to abstain from masturbating to visual stimulus, so I don't see how it matters. I don't see the harm in bikini girls or porn for that matter as long as I'm only doing so to get horny.

This challenge is teaching me a lot about myself.

Prior to reboot, I thought I would never be able to break free from this addiction, but now that I've tried, I'm in for 21 days without porn (movies, images, any 2d kind of porn), masturbation and orgasm and I continue to not feel any urge to masturbate or to watch porn.

I used to thought it would have been hard as hell to break free, but I'm now realizing it's not that hard (at least for now) and what I was believing to be extreme libido wasn't other than the effect of this addiction.

Regarding the post above mine, it's considered porn everything that could put you in a situation in which you will feel the urge to relapse.
For me, even reading the book "Anna Karenina" was a huge trigger so I had to put it down.

The golden rule is: if it make you think about relapsing, it should be considered as porn.

I am Day 76, I haven't completely cut out porn. I will read the odd story or image, nothing extreme. I am finding that I feel really good. Having stuff to focus on really helps a lot. Doing weights, studying and being busy is a great way to transmute that energy. I have never been a porn addict so it hasn't been an issue, avoiding edging is probably the most important thing.

New to the forum. Found this interesting because I had previously found that my workouts were a lot better when I hadn't fapped.
I started about a month ago. Cut out porn and masturbating completely. These are my results so far:
Week 1 was very difficult. I don't fap as much as I used to but it is definitely something that I use to de-stress at the end of often stressful days. I had much more energy...and was able to function quite well on 5-6 hours a night in a highly demanding job. By week 2, I was working out or running every day. I had a 9 day stretch where I worked out or ran daily. All the same, all I could think about was women. I was very distracted at work and didn't get much reading done at all. By week 2's end....I had done my first (successful) cold approach at a park. I was getting numbers quite easily when out with buddies. I felt gregarious, I felt talkative, I felt more confident, I was getting erections while walking and I didn't give a fuck. My behavior, which was previously "gentle" and introverted...was bordering on creepy this week. As an aside, I noticed girls looking at my crotch a lot more, though that may be because of the tighter pants I've been wearing rather than anything else. Also, I should add here I am not sure how much of this is attributable to the placebo effect of having read other users with similar experiences, but it was definitely there. And it was good, and I loved it.
At the end of week 3, I saw an old fling. I came within 5-10 minutes compared to the usual 20-30. It flew 6 feet in the air and was probably one of the best orgasms i have ever had. However, in the past, I would have a very short refractory period - half an hour tops, but this time, it ended up being closer to hours before I could do what I wanted to do. I think that this is because I wasn't getting laid at the same time as I was not fapping.
Currently, I am on day 30. My libido is awful. I don't even feel like looking at porn anymore. There are things going on in my personal life that are contributing to this - shitty failing ltr, stressful job etc. Regardless - I have made many good changes and I am sure that the good things will continue to come.
Pros :
1) confidence, desperation, bravado - whatever you want to call it - to approach and seduce women.
2) increased energy to workout, pursue women, and lowered sleep requirements. before I started this - i could barely do 3 pullups and bench 115 pounds. I am now doing 5 sets of 7 pullups, 5 X5 chinups with 25 lbs weights, and benching 135 for 7 reps and three sets on the incline. Doesn't seem like much, but I am the quintessential ectomorph so the gains have and will be slow to come.
3) I don't know if it is a combination of the above, but women have been more receptive to me of late. I am a quiet, intense guy, and this is definitely a variation from the norm for me.
4) Swagger and not giving a fuck levels at all time high.
5) Perhaps most importantly, I feel like I have conquered the one thing I never thought I could. I have gone 2 days without sleeping, I have gone 2 days without eating or drinking, but I had never gone more than two weeks without fapping. I think that accomplishing this has given me a boost of confidence to eliminate other unnecessary distractions from my life - facebook, cellphone etc.

Cons:
1) Performing academic tasks that require sustained concentration has been very difficult. I am hoping this will improve in the coming weeks to months.
2) borderline creepiness at times.
3) Libido doing strange things at the moment. Daily morning wood now waning (though this is after I came at the end of week 3)
4) I have repeatedly asked myself - why the fuck am I doing this? Masturbation seems as natural to me as shitting or eating. I don't have a good explanation for myself other than that it IS an addiction (why else would I want to do it so badly when I abstain) and pushing through is somehow going to be worth it in the end. At the very least, I can say that I tried.
