What else do you carry on your person when you go out at night, in addition to what I've listed below? I figure some people here might have some creative ideas.

Gum/mints - to keep your breath smelling fresh. I hear some guys use tongue scrapers.
Condoms - for the girls that won't play 'just a tip.'
Flask - for drinking on the cheap. Don't actually drink that much from it.
Cigarettes - to hit up smoking sections and cute girls out smoking on sidewalks. 'Do you have a light?'
Lighter - for giving girls a light.
Phone - for coordinating with wingmen/squeezes, getting cabs, taking numbers (though I've decided to do this less).
Roofie Colada mix - for getting girls in the mood.

Plus a wallet and keys of course.

Bumping this ancient thread by Basil Ransom (a poster I greatly miss).

Here is everything I carry when heading out for an evening --



- Money clip, 'TJ' engraved, holding ~a few 100 of the local currency
- Small leather card holder, with one ID and two credit/ATM cards
- One apartment key on a bottle-opener key ring
- Zippo lighter, 'TJ' engraved
- Small packet of chewing gum (lately Dentyne Ice)
- No more than a few coins
- Stainless steel hip flask, 'TJ' engraved, for JW Red or Jack Daniels
[The flask goes in the inside blazer/suit jacket pocket, so if I am not wearing one then the flask stays home.
This past year I haven't been drinking, so no flask for now.]

A few comments. I have seen some very weird shit carried around by otherwise sharp dudes, who would do well to pare it down.

- What is with the big fat Old Man wallet containing dozens of credit cards, store discount/membership cards, a file of receipts worthy of an IRS audit, etc.? When a man is out bar-hopping/clubbing -- i.e. to enjoy the chaos that a night on the town is -- does he really need more than two or three credit cards and an ID? Probably not. It makes a man look silly, and he runs the risk of losing a lot of valuable stuff. If for whatever reason you absolutely have to have the big old Dad wallet, then keep it in the inside breast pocket of your jacket: Don't jam it in the back pocket of your jeans -- it makes you look like you have a load in your pants.

- Likewise, no need for the Jailor's giant jingly-jangly key ring with 20+ keys. What for? More than two keys will be useless -- a house key and a car key (but if you are out drinking, you are not driving anyway).

- I know one dude -- otherwise completely squared away -- who carries around a small change purse to hold coins. WTF? How fast do you think the young pussy will dry up if it sees this?

- Last, and most important: Chewing gum or breath mints are indispensable. It never ceases to amaze me how many men on the prowl for snatch have breath that could pass for an unclean twat.

There's a vaporizer called the "Halo G6" which has a much more powerful battery than the over-the-counter drugstore crap (which have too high a nicotine content anyway.) It's an E-cigarette form factor, so you won't look like a vape-nerd. Get a low or no nicotine concentration liquid you like, plus say the red battery stick and the "low resistance" refillable cartridges that seem to come only in black. Looks pretty cool, blows decent clouds, makes an interesting conversation piece when standing around outside the club, won't set you back too much $$$.

Fruit flavors can be nice every once in a while, but they get tiresome fast, like eating key lime pie for every meal. If you're going to be out and using it regularly I'd recommend going with a regular tobacco flavor; the vape shop near me sells a "Turkish Tobacco" blend which is really nice and doesn't wear thin.
