I see. Legit questions. My sense is that this is a nice restaurant (from the reflection in the mirror in the background showing a table with a white table cloth) with live flamenco or mariachi music. Judging by the thinness of the girl this probably isn't American, but with the nuances of foreign game, let's pretend that it is. She has a cig in the right hand (another tell-tale sign that this is abroad); she's leaning against some sort of elaborate display; and holding a cell phone or box of cigarettes in the left hand.
