There are people alive today in USA and other western countries who remember when 12 year old sluts got married off asap. Once they popped out a few kids by 15 to their husbands, they sluttiness drops significantly.

Mexico only about a year ago raised its marriage age to 18, which makes no sense in every single smaller village where girls often get married off by 15 or so. In about 3 years there is going to be a huuuge glut of unmarried 18 year old Mexican women.
