I don't know what the beef between them was (if someone can explain it to me quick that's cool), or how his videos are since - I don't have any reason to believe they would be less good now though.

Looks like her partner was recording video, they both were initially. Likely for evidence to cover themselves in case they had to run someone over and to explain the damages to the car.

If her partner wasn't there to keep her focused, she would have froze and that would have been a bad situation. Overall I think she did fine, shaken but fine.

When you've frequently seen that type of weak female behaviour in simple training scenarios, not even real life scenarios. It does get rather tiresome...

The guy should definitely have been driving, for his own good. He might have a family and is risking himself by letting her drive. Men in the police and other similar professions need to lead in all risky situations. The female officer could be of some help on easy regular day tasks, but in a lit scenario like this she is likely a liability.

Both men and women freeze up in situations like that especially when you are not mentally prepared for it. Whats important is she fought through her fear and kept driving in a controlled manner. I don't think most police officers go through training where they are attacked by an angry mob.

She was probably an inexperienced rookie. In that case, she got some real world experience which might make her want to switch into more administrative roll instead of patrolling the streets or might make her a better police officer at the end of the day.

FYI there have been 11 dead and hundreds of severe permanent injuries among the Gilets Jaunes, including lost eyes, limbs and paralyzed people from police violence, and no serious injuries for cops. Well the far left has been there for quite some time already to be honest, and the far right seems to be showing some last minute resistance, that's how close we are IMHO.

We needed a providential man and the people were ready to accept anyone - this is how macron was elected.
Now that he showed his true face (which was obvious from the start, but many needed to believe ..) the people realized that there is no one who could save them in the current system.

Maybe I should start my own political party ..
No more immigration, no more female vote, no more social help, getting 1A and 2A into our constitution, state debt made illegal, a single taxation level, if anyone has more suggestions ..

It is difficult to trust the far-left in France. they are the biggest threat of the nation. On the other hand , there are a lot of far-left people who turn far-right with the age , and this is usually good as far-left people are usually active militants.
