Co-opt the yellow vest movement using domestic terrorist groups - good idea.

The next few years are going to be an incredible study on the new-school and old-school techniques the elites are going to use to repress popular uprisings.

Shit might be going down in far-away France right now but pay close attention to everything Macron and the protesters do that does or doesn't work. That stuff will inevitably be coming to a location near you, and you can at least gain the benefit of hindsight to avoid making the same mistakes.

Some people tried to recuperate the movement and presented a list for the european elections if I'm not mistaken.
Of course accepting to enter politics (even with good intentions) means losing the frame, which implies abandoning any hope of a real solution.

It's complicated, a movement without leaders is of course strong (because distributed) when it comes to making itself heard, but also weak when imposing real solutions is needed.
But no leader emerging is also normal, since this what representative democracy is about (delegating the lead to someone who represents you) and people have been used to that for many decades now.

If anybody has a good idea on what can be done at all when it was determined that democracy does not work, the french people is all ears

As mentioned previously, don't be demoralized if these things recede over time. This kind of social insurrection is tidal in nature. As long as the water level keeps rising then don't sweat about the low tide moments. The national front removed those two things from its program (remigration, and removal of nogo zones) some time ago.

Also it's been renamed into "rassemblement national" (national gathering ?) on june 1st 2018, to make their cucking clearer to everyone.

Commemorating Jarosław Dąbrowski, the Polish leader of Paris Commune, I have come with a plan.
So the plan for you:

1. In every city, neighborhood, village create Citizens Councils.
2. The basis for Citizens Councils would be all Yellow Vests participants in the given city. Out of these people, every month a new set of people would be chosen by LOT into the Citizens Council. The number of people in Citizens Council would be proportional to the number of movement's participants. 1 per 100, or per 1000, or 1:65, whatever you like.
3. The Citizens Council would be a shadow government, supervising, giving opinions on the actual governments (prefecture) actions, proposing laws, staging demonstrations against infractions. Such actions would put a pressure on the actual government and educate large number of citizens in the art of governance. The Councils would keep action going on. The longer the situation would go on, the more uneasy it would be for a real government, as it would create a LEGITIMACY problem. Moreover, the Citizens Councils would create some form of leadership that still would be very democratic. The end result should be overtaking of a real government by people's Citizens Councils.

The idea of Citizens Council is lifted from the Boule, Athenian democracy revolving government. You already play Boule in France, so it should be no problem

You should also randomize protest days in order to protect your strength but to sap the regime strength. Yellow Vests of every city should decide by lot - shortly before the date - whether during the coming weekend in their city there will be a demonstration or not. It will lead to a chaotic pattern of rolling protests, which will protect and distribute the strength of demonstrators but undermine the regime by keeping the police in constant readiness. There was already something similar done with the recent SNCF protests.
It is really the game of "The last standing wins", a kind of trench warfare. I would prepare for at least the entire year of protests. And remember, no radical actions like the last Gdańsk mayor assassination in Poland, they will play the role of the sinking of "Lusitania" and used against you.
