Who runs the streets in Western countries, the western "heros" or "cowardly" middle easterners and blacks? The proof is in the pudding. There is nothing noble about being a victim and always losing, and a strategy that always leads to victimhood and losing should be shunned not celebrated.

Personally, I'll reserve my applause until I hear of a case where a large group of white men forms and takes the day from a similarly sized or smaller group of invaders. That might not show chivalry but it would show serious-mindedness and a willingness to win rather than "lose well."

Would love to hear the delightful insight of the value of "boxing" for street defense situations from any of the several boxing trolls in my martial arts thread.

Boxing is not enough when the tactical realities today are what they are. London is just fucking dangerous. Most stabbings of any other Western countries.The Old Bill's Cookie Monster Rubbish Bin asking thugs to dump their knives into his mouth campaign must not be working....

I've gotten several PMs, in the past 2 years, from UK guys looking for advice on knife carrying. It is a touchy subject because the UK laws will not allow you to carry your own for protection, but it may be worth taking the risk to carry your own belt hidden karambit. Cannot fight a legal case if you are flayed dead on the street. Ethical carry and legal carry are two very different issues.

Even if you do not want to carry your own for the legal reasons, you guys over there may want to find a local class to learn how to disarm them and use them against the attacker. 9 Attackers are bad odds no doubt, but disarming the one with the knife and stabbing him or another, like a grapple and grab into a meat shield with the neck to his knife might stop the others. If it does not, slice his neck to show that you mean business, toss him and bolt if possible.

Regardless boxing dudes in the street is ridiculous. Today's world requires more skills and options than mere punching.

I have to respectfully disagree with the 3 day suspension of nomadbrah... these guys did appear to be of Arab descent from what I can see. This type of crime is also in line with rapefugee behavior.

We will have to wait until they're caught, which they will be, and see. Nine guys on the street can't get away with murder like this - the fact that details of the murderers haven't been released yet is pretty much all we need to know.

RIP to the bouncer...but he wasn't fighting nine individuals by himself like it was portrayed by the daily mail.

That is an exaggeration meant to trigger an emotional response.

A red pilled man should always remain rational and analyze the data without letting his judgment get too clouded with emotions. We leave emotions to women.

If you watch carefully the video, the bouncer intervened in a middle of an already going on fight between these thugs.

From 0:09 till 0:34: Thugs fighting among each other.

From 0:34 till 0:49: Bouncer checking what’s going on before deciding to intervene.

From 0:49: Bouncer start hitting the closest guy found. He hit two guys in total.

The stabbing happened probably after the video.

The thugs were fighting among each other anyway, they were not friends. It doesn’t make sense to miraculously join forces and fight the bouncer.

Another point : The police did not arrest 9 individuals but only one, probably the stabber.

Now, regarding the whole “heroic western ideal” Vs “Middle Eastern cowardice”.
If anyone really believes it and that makes them happy. Well, by any means.

But reality is different. It is never black or white.

I googled to see if similar cases have happened before and I found some.

This is how a lot of Middle Easterners saw the thing:

London is now a shithole of diverse wonderful people all buying into some kind of Entitled Gangsta attitude.

The old London communities, be they white or West Indian or whatever have gone in a matter of less than 15/20 years.

This is a new London and the dream was that into this new social vacuum that has been created would be a capitalist new culture - the only unifying touchstones being Netflix, Starbucks, Social Media, aspirational consumerism - all transacted in Broken English.

Well, welcome to the fucking dream..

Problem is now that, on top of these scarface-wannabe-dipshits, is that the kids (their kids) coming up have no real schooling, no discipline in schools, no ready made wider communities to join or be a part of, no wider groups of adults to relate to that even speak their language be it English or otherwise.

London is atomised and the new kids buy into the gangsta culture for various reasons not least because there is nothing in British culture that they admire or even like, nothing that they aren't happy to denigrate and play the race card over, nothing else for that matter they really share with their diverse classmates or want to sign up to with each other apart from hunching their shoulders and saying 'don't mess with me/ I'll stick you twice in the neck/ leave you on the deck/ put you 6 foot deep' etc. etc.

It is only going to get worse.

London still has a low murder rate but it is a dangerous place. The level of stabbings and random brutality is high. The difference now compared to 15 years ago is that the local hospitals are much better equipped to deal with knife and gun injuries.

Well for starters, western culture is better because we've adopted many of the best ideas from western philosophers since Aristotle. The enlightenment made individual rights (over the collective) paramount.

I can pick things I'm better at than you, make a diagram of it, and then tell you I've established why I'm better than you.

Unfortunately this kind of thing is very common in British nightlife, which is why in cities like mine a lot of head doormen will know or even be somewhat from the gang world so that they can have some kind of a situation with the gangs that can keep things working (easier to just let them in, but then they end up with situations like what happened with a major club here that lost the license because they were letting one of this city's main gangs come and go without searches). But doors getting stormed is still really common because a lot of security staff don't know the faces and or get told not to let them in, and we've had doormen shot and stabbed here quite a lot.

The average punter has no clue that nightlife is like this.

You can’t really quantify gangs or who knows who in London, there are simply too many and the city is too large. Especially in central London and the West End where everyone comes from all over to party or start trouble.

I did boxing for many years, english, american, thaï ..
The techniques are totally useless for the street.
The cardiovascular condition, reflexes, peripheral vision etc are not.

France also forbids carrying a knife - I still have one on myself at all times.
It is far from being the best weapon for the street though, stopping power is limited and consequences are usually pretty serious - ideally you'd want the exact opposite.

There is something to be said about whether you would want to respect the laws of a country which does not allow you to defend yourself.
I assume the UK also forbids batons ?
What about a big flashlight or something you could also use indirectly as a weapon ?

Everybody knew Everybody else involved: there were no surprises apart from the night they chose.

It will take roughly 18 months but I guarantee you / I prophesy.. there were no gangland machinations here. This was no Manchester in the 90s where the Salford gangs had a free pass into the Hacienda and various turf wars got fought on club doors.

This was rent a mob security coming across Fuckwit 1 Fuckwit 2 through 3 all the way up to Fuckwit 9 and as the bullshit starts and violence erupts the doorman stands his ground, (expects more back up presumably but I can tell you getting badged up and doing the doors in London is something my mildest and most inexperienced friends have been able to do) and gets stabbed from behind for his pains.

The people doing it may aspire to being gangland figures but ... I prophesy.. no-one knew of them to be afraid of them, just a bunch of dipshits carrying knives and enriching the population as they move through it.

The police will have arrested one because they believe he was the one who carried a knife and used it, very hard to defend under British law, the others would claim self defence and it would be a clusterfuck trying to get the minor charges of affray and abh to stick on them and the complex charge of joint-enterprise wouldn't work either.

lets not confuse old school nightclub and gangland situations with the fuckwits acting up here.

Local knowledge and being affiliated with the biggest baddest gang is most helpful for doormen. You have to nip it in the bud by making lesser gangs know that they can't even get near your club in the first place. At least in the old days. British society has changed so much that there isn't really a fix for this mess as it stands now. I avoid the places now, will stick to my local thanks.

As for martial arts etc. I love MA but street fighting is a numbers (and weapons) game. I've seen vids of one-man armies but they are rare and the protagonist usually has surprise on his side. The excellent Martial Arts thread has plenty of posters who express this better than I can.
