Adding more people into this mix is counterproductive. Sure they speak the same language, but there is tension there. A lot of central americans are getting a bad rap because they join cartels and are terrorizing the Mexican populace. Mexico has its own poor people to take care of.

Can you elaborate when and how this has been made clear?

To be honest the idea of a massive reduction in population has its merits IMO...objectively speaking and morality aside

I'm not Leonard and I don't have Bilderberg Group source material either but I do visit what I believe to be several decent sources of the programming dished out to the NPCs. And I can say there has been a real uptick in the concept of people ruining the earth and having a detrimental effect on the environment. A lot of people think the environment is so badly affected it's been pushed past a point of no return and that it's simply a matter of time until an apocalyptic scenario happens that punishes man. This has naturally progressed into a negative view on children and having lots of children. I see tons of propaganda level content about overpopulation and having less children or none at all. Lots of NPCs or shills out there talking down reproducing and how it's our duty to save the environment by not having children. Also a lot of meme-y level propaganda about how "cool" and satisfying it is to remain childless into the later years of your life (especially for women), enjoying your hedonism child-free.

And this seemingly targets only one group of people so I don't know if this is just part of the demographic replacement agenda for the west or an overall population decrease. Certainly nothing is slowing Africa, India, or China down right now.

While it's not straight up "world population needs to be decreased by this and this amount" it's definitely a concept being seeded out to the masses more and more lately. Guys like SS and 911 probably have actual sources I could never dream of finding but I believe most of the stuff I see on, say, NBC Nightly News or reddit's "popular" page (more curated than r/all) is the programming and agenda the globalists are trying to feed to the masses.

Personally I don't think the world is even close to the maximum sustainable population. Africa could feed the world several times over alone if it were properly utilized which it isn't even close to.

I've seen the same thing. I've been on this planet a long time and this is the first time I've seen this kind of "anti-humanism" theme thrown around from so many quarters. Always really weirded me out too. They also made it the culmination theme of the most popular/money making franchise in move history (the MCU Infinity War). The guy wiping out half the galaxy's population is portrayed as an amazingly sympathetic anti-hero doing it for humanitarian purposes.

I have also seen this. I just watched darren aronofsky's movie mother! on cable last week.
