One more option that I've seen executed with tremendous results with considerably less assets than the OP - It may not be his style but it's so damn good I think it should be included for completeness and a resource for others. The guy was in a college town, he just invested in a very large triple decker house, and instead of renting out the floors individually, he did it as individual rooms, college dorm style.

Why did it end up feeling (and looking) like college a college dorm instead of a rooming house? The right advertising and aggressive screening. It was Boston, and the whole city feels like a college town sometimes, and it was next to a large commuter college which was transitioning to a more modern style with the college boom (they had no dorms of their own when he started this up). He advertised as "The Dorms for College X" sometimes, especially to foreign students desperately looking for such a set up. He also set up broader advertising to make sure he wouldn't miss a gem going to Harvard either.

College Dorm vibe might not be completely accurate, it was halfway to being a sorority house because he only rented to smokeshow women ("Less aggravation" he claimed, fed into female ego even if obviously untrue). With a big international student population in the city, and his screening ability it skewed heavily foreign as well, girls who had just moved to the States and literally didn't know anyone but him. Even if he had a problem case, college students are so transient they would be gone soon anyway, and he just wouldn't rent to her again after Summer Break.

A couple of other key points - the place had great location public transit wise, you could get anywhere you needed to, he made it look AWESOME, and when your home is awesome, it makes you look awesome. He was running a mini Hugh Hefner game game on a shoe string budget....and it WORKED. The girls would come to him to adjudicate minor disputes between them and they all followed his leadership without question (these were personal qualities, he was ex-military, and you would have to have genuine leadership ability to make this work, it's not just going to happen to you if you're a schmuck).

Another key point - he was charging below market for a beautiful house, so he had his pick of whoever he wanted, but he MADE MONEY off of this, he wasn't losing money. I actually think he made MORE money than the guys using more conventional business models. If he wasn't aggressively screening for highly educated women from the higher stratas of their societies all over the world, there is no way he would have been able to get away with running what was essentially an illegal rooming house for as long as he wanted. Educated, high class people don't end up with police in their business very often. If the police did end up in the area, they're too busy flirting with the hotties to try and mess with their living conditions. So instead of collecting 2 rents and being separated from the hotties, he got to collect rent from every room in the building, and the girls were constantly running around in college tucked-boob-towel style (or damn near negligees) trying to get his attention.

I mean, being next to the party zone where all the young hotties are is great logistics, but living IN the house the hotties pre-party in, and head to for their after hours activities is even better.

Your first sparring session will be heavily supervised but you're scared as well you should be. What makes a man is his willingness to overcome fear. I still get scared before every time I spar even if the guys is smaller and not as good as me. It's perfectly healthy. Lastly, stop quitting shit just cause you get a little uncomfortable. That's essentially a principle of game. That's how many men, irrespective of how attractive they are, overcome rejection. You gotta grow a pair little brother, dress to reflect your value and behave in such a way that reflects your value. As it's been said already, what exactly are you offering women with high SMV? Doesn't sound like you're offering them jack shit including a good time.

OP you seem quite headstrong and not really open to any suggestions other than easy fixes or cons like SA and model photography. I'm not attacking you, but this is how you're coming across.

As has been said already, getting as nice a place as close to the nightlife as possible is one of the first things I'd do for obvious reasons and will probably make the biggest difference out of anything.

Next I'd probably look into some game coaching. I know it's not popular on this forum, but some of these guys are really good at game and may be able to suggest a few changes that make a big difference. With your income even if it doesn't help, it's no big loss. Maybe a voice coach too.

I'd also consider getting a stylist and starting to spend a lot more on clothes. Custom suits aren't really the thing in clubs. Style that translates well to clubs and gets the attention tends to be a bit more casual and streetwear based these days, and often very gaudy (like all these footballers and kids in Gucci head to toe - not my thing but it gets the attention). The guys getting the most women don't look like James Bond, they're much more outlandish.

Get back onto the strength training. Having a really good body is attractive. It makes no sense not to do it, especially considering your meals are being cooked for you which is the biggest time outlay when it comes to this.

Make some cool friends in nightlife. Not having friends is weird. Knowing everybody in the scene helps a lot - you want to be more of an insider than a customer.

Consider tattoos. I don't have them, not my thing, but they work.

Don't bother learning boxing unless you're passionate about the sport. It takes a long time and a lot of effort to get good and makes almost no difference when it comes to getting women.

I disagree, a bad boxing coach can get you hurt, and even a weak one can really slow down your progress. He doesn't have enough experience to know what is dangerous or not worth his time yet. When your time is worth 40k a month, you've got to follow your gut sometimes. And founding a 40k a month business means he's operating at the very highest levels mental acuity and creativity, damage that we might not even notice could add up to something that might make him lose his edge in a very competitive environment, he SHOULD be cautious about it, extremely cautious. I don't know how deeply you read his OP, but if he's truly "obsessed" with boxing and still fighting anger issues, and probably hyper-competitive from business, it's not just his coach that risks getting him hurt, he's in 3 of the highest categories of guys that get themselves hurt.

The case with the jiujitsu program he was 100% correct to walk out. If the main guy promised him 1 on 1 training with him, and then reneged, that's just someone I wouldn't trust or do business with. Walking out was showing balls, having someone lie to you, cheat you, fuck you around and then happily show up for more would be someone that needs to grow a pair.

Giving up on the lifting so quick, you have a much stronger point about, but when I'm coaching guys, I try to go with the grain, not against it. If someone genuinely dislikes lifting and his heart is never in it, but he's strongly into another physical activity that will give him a great body and doing it is often the high point of his day, and he keep finding ways to work it into his day etc. that is often the better way to go.

I am well versed in nightlife/club game, and the advice that has been laid out on this thread is right on the money. Despite requesting advice and receiving excellent feedback from your comrades you seem intent on sticking to your current blueprint.

I understand you don't want to go full-on P4P, but your question was: how to leverage your income to fuck more girls. Things like wealth, status, muscles, nice clothes, dope pad, and ect. does not guarantee success, but if you have these luxurious at your disposal why wouldn't you take advantage of them?

Akin to a professional athlete who competes at the highest level. If you're afforded certain luxuries/advantages that are within the rule-set why wouldn't you use them (best equipment, trainers, supplements, facilities and ect)?

Particularly since your preferred battleground is the grueling, hyper-competitive and hypergamy inducing nightclub environment. Unless you look like a Greek god, I imagine since you ride solo(pua style), you probably have many sexless nights with your current method. Getting consistent one-nightstands at the club is no easy feat.

You have too many things working against you at the club: mother-hens, white knights, potentially bad logistics, sexual unavailability and so forth. Like the lads have already said. Up your status/reputation, get good with the promoters, tastefully display your wealth, provide value to people, and eventually you'll be able to put your sex life on autopilot.

It's a zoning issue, so it's not like it's something you go to jail for, they just whack you with some small fines (for a first offense) and tell you that you've either got to get zoned for a Rooming House, or have people move out until you're compliant with local zoning laws. Most rooming houses are flop houses full of degenerates on their last legs before homelessness, so neighborhoods tend to regulate them heavily (preferably heavy enough they do it someone else's neighborhood). But the police don't even know about them to cite them if they're not getting complaints to your location, so if you screen heavy for upscale girls, it's usually not that hard.

As far as shady goes, she doesn't even know your demographics until she's already moved in, and most felt more comfortable living with other women anyway (especially some of the foreign girls). Heck, I wouldn't be surprised if he was using it was a selling point "You don't have to worry about any creepy guys harassing you here, it's almost all women, plus me, an experienced soldier from [elite unit] to protect you. If you hear about any of the other girls bringing in sketchy guys, let me know, and I'll be sure to straighten them out.".

This is info from 20 something years ago, and for the most part I just wasn't cool enough to hang out with him, I was just in awe of his operation every time I came to visit this girl that was living there. There were a few neighborhoods in Boston that belonged to the very wealthy that became slums after the first big "White Flight" in Boston. If the house was well maintained, you could get a 1920s mini-mansion for absurdly low prices. The out of town students don't even know it's supposed to be in a bad neighborhood, and they've got T service directly to the college. He was young too, I had the impression he got the idea while going to [the commuter school with no dorms] on the GI Bill, financed it with a VA loan, and had the money and pussy rolling in almost immediately (just to give you an idea of how little it took to get this program off the ground). He took the money he was making and put it back into the house until it was a deal nobody could turn down. He was still young enough to party in the college scene, but he was like a man among boys with his military experience and business acumen.

Re boxing - OP If you really love the sport the brain damage risk is a very negligible one.

I would discourage taking 1 on 1 lesson for the first year if not just for integrating with group classes.
Your coach will only be sparring with you at like 15-20% while in a group class you would get way more aggressive guys that will force you to step up your game. Also sparring with different partners really helps in understanding the flow as every person has different patterns.

Point can be made about jiu jitsu not being super useful in a street brawl as most of them don't really even end up in the floor and you are at risk of getting hit by multiple people, but honestly boxing + bjj or muay thai + wrestling are killer combo. Train those consistently for 2 years and you can stand your ground with 90% of tough motherfuckers out there.

Boxing is the only other thing after getting my body fat down that helped my confidence with regards to women. I think combat sports in general help but boxing particularly. Most chicks have at some point taken a boxing or kickboxing cardio class. They know how hard it is without getting hit, so you display increased value when they know you do it at an amateur or professional level.

BJJ certainly has it's limitations, but

isn't really a fair one. It's not a matter of "ending up" on the ground, it's you putting him there, and he has zero takedown defense so he has no way of stopping you. I know there are some modern schools based on tournament scoring that don't emphasize takedowns as much as we did back in the day, but even their weak takedowns are going to be better than some fish's nonexistent takedown defense. And if you're doing it for self defense instead of tournament scoring, just train old school and do a lot of stand up grappling with the guys that are good at it during open mat, and turn a "high probability" into a "damn near certainty.".

And I 100% agree with your point about mixing striking and grappling skills being the way to go.

Kieran's post seems on point. Above all: trust your instincts. Do what you enjoy.

If you don't want to be the bottle service guy socializing all night or organize a modeling agency (or boxing or whatever) don't do it.

Also trainers vary tremendously. I met half a dozen nobodies before one guy who was amazing at boxing training. In that realm you have to expect most people are salespeople / employees not experts at training, and shop around to find quality.

Honestly I find quite bizarre that someone with your money is so against buying drinks, I don't know men, even my most broke friends wouldn't care to invite a girl they really like her and already know her.

But whatever, I'm going to assume you are location independent since you made money through Amazon here is what I would do if I were in your place:

1. Travel for a while. Someone said before that you maybe haven't had time to experience and learn to socialize like most people by being so invested in your business, this might come to bite you in the ass later if you don't learn how to treat people and read their intentions, specially if you have the kind of resources that attract certain kind of people.

Go to a holiday paradise in Asia or Europe in summer and get get a volunteer gig for a couple of months, you will meet and have fun with tons of people for short amounts of time, that would give you the chance to "practice" how to meet people many many times with little consequences because you will be meeting mostly travelers.

Then go to make a language course in a popular language study destiny, there will be tons of cute chicks and you will have a nice environment to practice your social circle skills.

Besides the social aspects of course during your travels you will have the opportunity to discover different places and business oportunities. At the end you will have great stories to share with people later.

2. Invest your money right. You won't keep making the same amount of money you are making right now forever if you are doing it in a way that anybody with little investment can get in (like most internet business) specially in Amazon, they are well known for finding what sells well and then offering it themselves.
Invest in physical business and mostly real state, I don't see how can you go wrong with having multiple apartments to rent.

Also now that you have traveled maybe you saw those cool apartments in I don't know, lets say Spain being so cheap and a great oportunity to rent them via Airbnb leaving someone in charge of it. That place could also be a great lifestyle asset for yourself to go alone or with friends.

3. Build a social circle. Once you have decided where do you want to live, buy an amazing house to throw parties.
With the money you have you can invest in hair saloons, spas and profitable business where hot women tend to flock. In fact you know what? you probably don't even need to invest in those places, you can befriend the gay hair dresser in the hot spot hair saloon and invite him to your amazing parties and do the same with the pilates teacher. If you offer them a good time they will keep bringing you great people.

You can also directly hire some popular girls and cool dudes to invite people to your house, give your guests the most amazing parties and you will have no problem finding more guests later, this probably will work way better if you are in small town with a young population with no so much to do compared to a big city.

If that does not give you enough sex you can even pull a Dan Bilzerian, flaunt your wealthy lifestyle through social networks and get a marketing expert to make you viral at least to the people in your city. Though if you don't like to buy drinks I don't think you will like that way since it will attract a lot of gold diggers. Still, you can probably take a talent you have like being a musician for example. With the sheer power of your money you get sure to be playing in the coolest spots, then get some social media marketing and boom you are that very well known cool musician of your town.
