I don't know if Mark gave her any money or not, but if she has some, she needs to hire some coaches and trainers and get herself to a healthier range. She will die in 5-10 years at the rate she is going. She is technically morbidly obese despite it not hanging on her neck and face too much. Sandbagging or inverted hourglass shapes give some people the illusion that they are not in serious danger because their face still looks okay. Terrible.

If he wants to run for president or governor he would be smart to get her sorted out first or prepare a plan to have her take an extended vacation on a secluded island until the campaign is over. Stuff like that turns off voters. It's not talked about often, but plenty of people of all demographic groups have folks that will look down on him for having a morbidly obese sister with the amount of resources he has. Gestational diabetes is super common with pregnant obese women and they commonly have to get c sections because the baby inside is like 10 pounds and up. Way too big for a vaginal birth.

Heck an OBGYN once told me that many overweight women she has for patients are having this issue commonly. She was talking women with large asses we commonly call THICC.
