A recent study, published in the Journal of Sex Research found that “men whose partners had less emotional stability reported better sexual function”. Sounds really healthy, guys.

While these studies may focus on sexual relations, they’re yet another reminder that we’re facing a crisis of masculinity that is reverberating across every aspect of our society. The far right is dominated by men, many of whom seem to be searching for a sense of identity. For feminism to get anywhere we must seriously address how we think about masculinity.

I get into this one a lot. People at work or in my social circle going on about older guys with younger girls and how "creepy" it is. I remind them that throughout history this is the norm, and it's the norm today in most countries outside the U.S. So within this very narrow time period (matter of decades) and narrow geography (westernized countries) and narrow society (western culture), it's creepy. But for all other instances it's totally normal.

And when presented with this, their argument is always the same, "Well, just because that's the way it used to be doesn't make it right." and from there the cognitive dissonance just sounds like white noise to me and I tune the rest out.

I was screwing around on FB and looking at some feed with a bunch of my industry peers chiming in, all of it a bunch of SJW libtard nonsense.

Some guy was ranting on about clubs being for "18 year old women and the old men that chase them" in the most sneering manner possible, with nothing but support and agreement from everyone involved. It was a variety of Puritanism I thought would have died out by now. Clearly written by a sexless and joyless Eunuch playing lip service to his feminist programming.

5 years, tops. By then, I hit the eject button.

When I started college I used to be very attracted to women who were in their early thirties, and prided myself on it.

It took me a while to realize that it was because they were low-hanging fruit and gave me attention much more easily (and they almost always tended to be "the grateful type").

I don't know how it can be any different with any other man. 18-year-olds are that perfect blend of attractive yet innocent and uncorrupted.

My girlfriend is 23 and I'm almost twice that.

Maybe it's my culture, but intestingly, the most real opposition to this i get (and she gets) is from men. Some guy tried to have a "she's just a baby" type conversation with me, and give me advice. I wanted to choke him.

From women I've for sure gotten stares. But among the few i can actually talk to they've all said go for it. Some botched working at stores in the mall complimented me.

Maybe it's because dudes are now programmed to act like the birch in this article? Now they're even throwing in some old style female jealousy. Who knows, I let it go because I'm the one getting laid.

Research suggests men find women more likely to conceive to be more attractive. Hmmmm... Occam's Razor says that sounds about right. But, nah, it's probably the result of a centuries-long plot by a cabal of chauvinistic men to convince all of us to not follow our natural inclination to bang 50-year-olds.

Also this type of thinking has affected people even in my own family. My brother married a woman 3 years older than him. My cousin also married a woman 3 years older than him as well. I always see men marrying women older than them. Friends, people I know.

^^^These two guys have given me a lot of shit over the years for dating way younger women. They must feel really proud marrying someone a little older I guess, I really don't get it.

Expect to see more and more of this.

Think about it, in prior eras most women married by their mid 20's at the latest, so after that age they were busy raising kids or tending to their relationships. So once women were past their mid 20's, a much higher percentage of them were off the market compared to today.

Nowadays, we have a very large amount of men and women that remain unmarried into their late 20's and beyond. On top of that, the ones that do get married have much higher divorce rates, adding even more to the population of men and women on the market compared to prior eras.

So what's a good strategy for older women to raise their desirability? Eliminating the competition. Shaming the dating of younger women is a good way for older women to raise the demand for what they're bringing to the dating market. I wouldn't be surprised if the legal age gets raised to 21 or higher. I also wouldn't be surprised if age gaps of more than 5 years or 10 years become illegal. Some dating sites have already instituted restrictions along that vein. Older women vote, and it's in their best interests to eliminate the competition. They'll do this and then justify it as being "what's best for the children," otherwise known as 18 to 24 year old adult women competing with them at a huge advantage.

What's my stance on this topic?

My girlfriend before the last was 8 years younger than me.

The one after that was 14 years younger than me.

I'm now 36 and my next girlfriend will most likely be 18 years younger than me.

I've got nothing on my dad, though, he's 26 years older than my mom. If you can pull it off, why not? With my future children in mind, I'd rather they be given birth to by a young womb versus an older one. I understand that an older woman can give birth to healthy children, but a womb is complex and does break down with age, like anything else, and I want to stack the odds in my children's favor.

If any of you have looked into the details of in-vitro fertilization, it's rough. I'm very happy for folks that are able to conceive healthy babies that way, but it's not a process I want to take part in if I can avoid it.

Ask, what does a 30 (or 40 or 50 etc) year old man have that an 18 year old man doesn't? You'll probably have a lot of answers.

Now ask, what does a 30 (or 40 or 50 etc) year old woman have that an 18 year old woman doesn't? Nothing. If anything, she has a lot less. Less innocence, less fertility, less desire to please her man, etc. The only things she has move of are things men don't value...like a sick shoe collection.

This is a phenomenon you can see in other spheres.

Example, there's an organization called Amnesty International, which focuses on standing up for folks that may not have the ability to do so for themselves, generally speaking. It's a nice goal. Look at their front page right now:



You'll notice that North Korea, which is basically a giant prison, is not on the front page. Think about it, how many North Koreans have you met? I've met South Koreans, many, they're nice folks. I've never met a single North Korean. Sometimes people like to wax philosophical and gloss over North Korea yet the fact remains that I've never met a North Korean, and that's true for most of the planet. China has a very low rate of imprisonment for its citizens, lower than that of the U.S., and yet it made the front page? Israel is a frequent target of the organization, for reasons I won't get into, but I've met folks from Palestine.

I've met ZERO North Koreans.

And yet, Israel, China, and Turkey, for example, get more heat from Amnesty International than North Korea does. Why is that? It's because North Korea doesn't give a damn. Israel gives a damn, and so does China, and so does Turkey.

So that's the difference. That's why men in the West constantly get hammered with stuff like this. It's because they're extremely sensitive to the thoughts/opinions of Western women, even the thoughts/opinions that are a bit on the extreme end. Unlike men in some other countries, men in the West have lost frame. Paradoxically, Western men, due to caring so much, get branded, by many Western women, as not caring enough. That's just how these things work.

For some reason, gays and lesbians see it as their role to "police" heterosexuality. THIS IS WHY people resent gays and lesbians. It's not what they do. It's that they can't shut the fuck up and mind their own business about the rest of us.

Long before gays and lesbians appointed themselves the referees of straight sex, we had the closeted gay priests and lesbian nuns of the Catholic Church doing the same. They engendered the same resentment from straight people that the LGBT crew does now.

If you've ever wondered "Gee, why is there such hatred by Catholics of their own religion?" it's because we grew up with stuff like this. The bark is way worse than the bite, with this sort of thing.

When I was in my 20s, on some occasions I either showed interest in or actually dated an 18-19 year old, or early 20s when I got to late 20s, I heard a lot of similar BS that the previous guys have said. I just smirked and carried on expressing my "fragile masculinity". Some of my male friends were stupid and let that get to their heads to the point of breaking up with their younger girlfriends.

When I got to my 30s, I dated a couple of much younger girls then met and married my wife who was 10 years younger, and nobody said anything. The older women (30 something i.e "appropriate" age group for me) usually just stared at us with hatred. Some of my male acquaintances' girlfriends and wives (all in their 30s) would try a snide comment here and there, but I've already taught my wife to take great pride in being my younger hotter tighter property, so their jealousy only empowers us.

Don't give any attention to these irrelevant typists, they don't matter in the real world. Younger women also love older men even more now, because guys their age are mostly pussies.
