Roughly how old are you, Pappaya? I'm in my late 40s and agree with you. As a good friend of mine who's about my age put it, if you'd told us back when we were in high school that some day in the future women would think of having a "fat ass" as a good thing we'd never have believed you.

It's not just fat acceptance, it's also the Africanization of the culture in general and female beauty standards in particular. At my last job most of the guys I worked with were black and they do truly prefer a "thick" woman with a big ass. I showed one of the guys a picture of Elle McPherson in her prime and his reaction was "too skinny." You see this taste in women trickling into white culture too now. I followed your link to the "What do you consider a 10" thread and indeed, most of those women are too big for me, but younger guys really do seem to consider "thick" women like that desirable and often go as far as to deride guys like me who would prefer, say, Claudia Schiffer in her prime as being "into boys."

One of my best friends from college is gay and very out of the closet. He knows closeted men who do exactly this.

He says the reason for it is 1). The "bulk" of fat women turns the gay men on because it reminds them of the male body and 2). These women don't mind because they don't want to be alone.

This went on a lot more back in the 1990s when more gay men were in the closet. I'm surprised it goes on now.

(PS: This doesn't go for men who married hotties who porked up after a few kids. This means younger men who knowingly married very obese young women. There's a difference.)

Next time you are at Disneyland or an all-you-can-eat buffet, watch the fat women as they eat. I mean, watch their expressions. They eat like snapping turtles, attacking their food and chewing with obvious anger. They glare at everybody else in the crowd. People are completely oblivious to them, nobody gives a shit. Most people eat lazily, they are maybe paying attention to their food but probably not that interested in it. But fat people are laser focused on that food, and when they eat, they eat boldly, angrily.

They think that eating a lot makes them rebels. It's a statement. "I'll eat all I want to damn you all".

But then nobody cares, and nobody is watching, and they finally deflate and realized, again, that they are nothing but a fat pig killing themselves and nobody is paying attention. But no, that is too depressing to believe. They slide back into the fantasy world of being a rebel.

So then, it's time to try getting a tattoo. Maybe that will get them the attention they so obviously deserve.

I think it's super inaccurate to assume at all that r-selected sexuality is at all similar to yours if you're K-selected. Thus there is no "women you really want". There is just an androgynous mess where virtually everything is fuckable but there really isn't that real "attraction".

I am a younger guy and Twiggy/young Elle McPherson is my type perfectly. I believe I am in the minority. I wonder if this is related to r/K. Or since I am Asian this might be related to race realism.

Fat people used to be happy. I don't think I've seen a photo of her looking joyous. Every photo is bad attitude and look what a badass I am. She couldn't just be fat and anonymous, she had to be super fat and in your face. Even when you've turned around there she is telling you how much her fat is none of your business.
