From a more mature perspective T and A, or even a cute face, do not make a ten and it's a gross misunderstanding to think so. To attract me at all a woman needs excellent taste and a well developed sense of style both in her choice of wardrobe/grooming, her furniture and furnishings and the ambience she created where she lives. She is worldly, can keep me engaged in conversation about a number of worthwhile subjects, has traveled a bit, and knows which fork to use. She is confident and has the correct tone of voice and demeanor. This is a bare minimum but she's difficult to find partly because so many guys I see think dirty sneakers, sweat pants and a worn out monster truck rally t-shirt are clothing and McDonald's is a restaurant. You can't plant cotton to gather corn. Just my 5 cents worth of opinion.

If you use a 1 to 10 scale to rate girls, then of course 10's exist, else you're using a 1 to 9 scale, and 9's become the equivalent of 10's by default.
