I just go full caveman.

I don't spend a lot of time trying to smoothly transition from one position to another. A leg or arm grab here and there and an ass smack keeps them compliant and under your direction. In all honesty, unless your transitions look like something that might belong in a Ben Stiller comedy, it's not much to worry about. I've learned that most chicks like being manhandled, and there's also a bit of 'amnesty' (?) on her part if the switch is a little clumsy.

That said, I've got one particular move. I'm 6'6", and a while back I bought stilts/lifts for the bed.

While not the best analogy, the only way I can think to give a visual of what I’m describing would be similar to changing a diaper, and you’re cleaning up before putting the new diaper on. The difference is that you’re pulling this move on a 120 pound woman, which weighs a lot more than someone that wears diapers.

In my example, the woman is face up and laying on her back.
