I'm feeling confident, my game is on point, I'm ambitious, I don't care about where the highest AVERAGE hotness is... I want to know the best countries/cities for number/percentage girls with a score of 8+

Poland has a great average score, maybe the highest in my opinion, it seems like half the girls are 6s and 7s but are there as many 8+ girls in Poland as Sweden or Latvia or Ukraine?

I think you should care, because unless you run in elite circles, own bars, or are famous, you might not ever see the city's best.

With that said, to answer your question, New York and LA are in a completely separate league and its not even close. Milan might come in 3rd.

Manhattan and it's not even close. You can hang out at the SBUX around the corner from Elite or next to Wilhelmina, et al, and see legit 9+ come and go all day with their coffee. I used to work across the street from one and the parade of stunners getting their late afternoon coffee was impressive.

yes i forgot colleges. FSU, Arizona State and Arizona are by far the highest concentration, even beating out NYC. they are of course college age though. these campuses are unreal. 10,000 9s and 10s in a 2 square mile radius.

The richest zip codes are Manhattan and Beverly Hills. Only 5/10 richest counties are in DC area, choose the other 5. Heidi Klum used to live around the corner from me in the early 2000s, before she married Seal.

Miami is #2 for hottest chicks in the US.

Are you sure you want to put Sweden in the same league as Ukraine/Latvia/Poland?

Anyway, to get the 8s and up *consistently*, you'll need more than just game. Once you get to that tier of women, social circle + SMV starts to matter a good bit more, so unless you can bring that to the table you'll mostly top out at around the 7, maybe 7.5 range, and occasionally get lucky with an 8+. This is pretty much universally true if you're talking about routinely hookin up with 8s and up.

Manhattan and parts of LA have a solid number of 8s and up. College campuses of party schools in the US do as well, but they're almost exclusively for the frat bros so they're effectively beyond reach if you're not in that scene.

I saw a shit ton of talent in Colombia (Bogota) nightlife as well, but it's very social circle heavy.

Others have already given info on European places to hit up...
