Green tea itself is thought to have many benefits, including increased metabolism (probably from the caffeine), regular bowel movements (again, the caffeine), natural fluoride effect for teeth to help prevent cavities, and many others. The supplement is not a bad idea, but I always recommend trying to get something in its natural form first if possible.

I was sick for a couple of days even after taking nyquil and dayquil pills. I took a huge mixture of ACV and water and guess what...I felt so much better the next day. Amazing.

I've been recommending it to sick friends all winter, no one takes me up on it, the saps.


I dont remember if I posted this or not, but if anyone is having issues with the acrid taste, take your vinegar IMMEDIATELY after brushing your teeth. It sounds like it should be horrible, but the mint flavor completely covers up the pungent sourness.

It's definitely great, I used to have terrible GERD problems and was sick of depending on pills and found out about ACV and haven't looked back.

I remember reading that its better to wash your teeth after taking your dose since it can stain them. I just mix mine with water and wash my teeth after, I kinda like the taste though .

Has anyone else tried Yoders Good Health Recipe? Thats what Im using and its great. ACV, Ginseng and other stuff. Not cheap as regular Brags though since its like 20$ a bottle.

ACV is a regular part of my routine at this point. I have the energy, the strong erections, and overall feel so much better.

I don't do the 2 tablespoon deal though, my solution is 90% Apple Juice/10% ACV. Probably more than whats recommended but it works for me.

I have not had a breakout since being on ACV, I can eat the crappiest food (junk) and not gain wait. This stuff really works.

I just got my first bottle of some organic ACV and after drinking my first ACV-water-blend, I instantly had to take a giant shit...Is this normal? If it is, people should know about it. I mean, Im sure that Im not the only guy who prefers to shit at home, right?

I've noticed the effects tend to fade into the background over time, but if you stop taking it you really notice how much it does for you

Anybody else have gas a lot since starting the ACV regimen?

I've been doing a good impression of a walking trombone lately.

At least they smell like roses....

On the flip side, I have definitely noticed increased energy and motivation since starting this.

I have no problems with ACV. I put a tablespoon in a shot glass and down it straight.

I've experienced nothing but positive results. Tremendous energy levels, increased libido. This stuff is incredible.

I tried it straight a few times, but all's it did was make my throat burn and teeth feel like shit due to the acid. This stuff is great, but I swear I wake up at like 4AM every morning with a massive boner and can't fall asleep again till I rub one out.

Has anyone used ACV directly on the face to clear up oily skin?

I have been looking for something to clear up the blackheads, so I used the ACV today for the first time on my nose and forehead.

My best method for clearing up my skin is twice a day wash your face with the hottest soapy water you can stand, rinse it with the same hot water for about a minute, then rinse it with freezing balls cold water. Gets rid of pimples in a day or two.

In terms of the burn, try and mix yours with apple juice and see. Someone mentioned they did that and it works wonders. Go for pure apple juice (NOT FROM CONCENTRATE). Try that and report back.
