"If I put soy sauce on oysters, will this negate the testosterone boost from the oysters? Will my overall testosterone decrease or increase as a result? Please help."

My takeaway is that soy may or may not have an oestrogenic effect, its somewhat unclear. but there are way more oestrogenic compounds in our water supply that can't be removed or filtered that should be our greater concern. human fat is oestrogenic, shampoos, chemicals of many things that water filtration plants cannot remove are real and have a accumalated effect on T levels.

Even more than that the mental Testosterone reduction from not living in a manly lifestyle, have to cuck out to passive aggressive HR, all this kind of thing lowers test.


An aside on veganism. I am not remotely vegan and love my meat and chicken. But i do recognise that vegan [girls] are generally orders of magnitude healthier than most normal standard western women even including the obvious deficiencies that veganism has. It's also true that the 'movement' attracts more batshit crazy women that look amazing. Most vegan girls are recovering anorexics.

I would say the ideal lifestyle is akin to a mixture of hunting your own meat like joe rogan and cameron hanes, and then having a few vegan days when you're not lifting heavy to keep your heart healthy and your gut bacteria [source of so many health problems] good. I am beginning to think re: the science of good food is just mostly bullshit. people have meaningless keto versus paleo versus vegan versus CICO versus IF arguments and its all a bit cliquey.

That's the overview i have on soy. Most male vegans are quite faggy but that's just because the movement attracts them i don't think its a diet thing
