I remember grabbing girls tits back when I was in junior high. They fully clothed.

But my story does indicate one problem with this. It's totally a junior-high move. While it might work for twelve-year-old boys on twelve-year-old girls, it doesn't work for men who are 18 and up. Women who are adults are generally appalled by junior-high moves. You're a man--act like it.

I've never been to New Zealand but isn't it a country where the women are mostly 5's and below and the men are 7+ and pretty thirsty. I assume they are similar to Aussies.
