RE: The slow death of California
The homeless problem in LA is a nightmare. The homeless were the cause of the recent forest fires.

They're nothing but druggies enjoying daily hits of meth, crack, booze, and whatever other drug du jour is.

There here for two reasons, warm weather and generous homeless programs designed to help people get out of that environment. They leave trash everywhere, saw a dog consume a baggie of white powder at a park recently, and regularly see human feces at the same park.

Here's the thing, if I decided to be homeless I would set up an encampment in the woods off of a creek. No one would bother me, I'd have an easy source of water , and I'd hang out in peace to do my drugs of choice without fear of having someone ruin my high.

If gangs of hooded thugs came out and beat them in the night, I'd be thankful. There's a distinct lack of tough love in our society. As someone who regularly enjoys a variety of intoxicants (legal or otherwise), there's nothing vulnerable about the homeless who partake in the willful consumption of drugs.

Daily Signal Wrote:California was the third deep blue state to experience significant domestic out-migration between July 2016 and July 2017, and it couldn’t blame the outflow on retirees searching for a more agreeable climate. About 138,000 residents left the state during that time period, second only to New York.

However, because California was the top receiving state for international migrants, its net migration was actually 27,000. Add to that number a “natural increase” of 214,000 people, and California’s population grew by about just over 240,000, according to the Census Bureau.

Tom Blumer Wrote:No Coincidence: Out-Migration Is Highest in 3 Deep-Blue States Complaining the Most About the Tax Law
California leads the nation in the percentage of its population on traditional welfare (40 percent of all recipients in a state with 12 percent of the nation's population), as well as money spent on illegal immigrant education, health care and other benefits ($25 billion per year, as reported in February). No wonder so many people — and companies — are leaving the state.

Favela is a good word. California is not dying- it's just transforming into a version of Brazil/Mexico.

An exodus may be occurring, but housing in California is in an intense bull market currently, and doesn’t seem close to stopping. People still want to live there, badly. My brother lives in the LA area and he’s filled me in on the housing situation in the state. He told me when he was looking for a permanent residence (about 5 years ago) he and his wife looked at over 100 houses.

He says buying is so cutthroat that he had no hope competing against offers of $300,000+ cash, site unseen, coming for homes that hit the market just 24 hours before. The money was usually of the old variety, coming from the young buyers’ parents. He also said that there are real estate companies with large war chests that would buy up 60 foreclosed lots, all cash, all site unseen, in order to turn a profit. They’d flip near 40 of the sites, and leave the rest to the way side.

Demand is stupid high, and is contributing to the incredibly high cost of living in the area and state. Today, his house has appreciated 50-60% since purchase, so much so he wouldn’t even able to buy his own house now with his income. But it does bode well as an investment.

In addition, property tax is grandfathered in the area. Tax revenue is coming off the backs of new ownership. This is not sustainable. He told me that he envisions that the space from Ventura down to San Diego will be one giant city in 20 years, save for some conserved area in between.

Surely, this isn’t sustainable, but who knows, maybe that American ingenuity will come through in the clutch to find some sort of solution. It would be truly a tragedy to lose the beautiful state of California to any sort of ruin. Whenever I hear anything about secession or the craziness in the state, I’m not so ready to write it off like some here. Fuck no, that’s America, and the golden coast is our golden coast. It’s so beautiful there, the weather so intensely even keeled, and the mystic golden idealism surrounding the place so blissful, I would hate to see no solution for its problems someday... but at their current tragectory, who knows.

RE: The slow death of California
The CA property market is propped up due to class protected ethnic enclaves and building restrictions. Wealthy asians all pile into the same neighborhoods and gentrify areas. Jews, Armenians, etc.. all have their overpriced enclaves too. There are a lot of foreign asians who have a ton of sideline cash who push it into property in the west since it's a stable and good investment for them.

Banking firms collude with real estate developers to keep this game going on indefinitely. With (((you know who))) pulling the strings and making the most profit from all of this. The entertainment industry, silicon valley, etc.. further inflates CA property value too.

There are many non gentrified areas in CA which are more or less populated by MS-13, various mexican mafia gangs, etc.. which don't have skyrocketing property values. Of course these places are also unlivable unless you're well versed in espanol and are part of that particular ethnic and gang affiliation for that block.

CA is a shithole and it's for sure where the rest of America is going. I know some of you are super optimistic and white pilled about Trump but his presidency is like a band-aid on a gaping shotgun wound. There are so many concurrent issues plaguing U.S. society now and demographics that it would take a full scale revolution to fix all of it.

CA is and always will be the canary in the coal mine.

I would just like to point out that if Republicans could get Latinos in California to vote 50% Republican and 50% Democrat... No Democrat could win a state wide election and it would be considered Red State stronger than Texas.

They lost the Latino vote in the 1990's by pushing legislation against the Latino community. Sure it was a good fiscal idea at the time to cut off illegal immigrants from benefits... but they failed to look at the demographic trends. Win a battle... lost the war.

Something that's causing concern (at least for me) is how many Californians are moving to other states and bringing their degenerate politics with them. They're infecting Colorado, Utah, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, etc. Some of these places are already liberal, but not complete retard liberal like California. And they will continue to go downhill as more and more Californians move there.

It baffles me how these lefties can destroy a place with their insane politics, then go to another state and try the same thing again. It truly is a mental disorder.

No, losing the war would be trying to appease the Latinos while they replace your demographics permanently.

RE: The slow death of California
The latino appeasement stuff always make laugh when it comes to CA and the southwest. These latinos (99% Mexicans) literally want to replace everyone in these territories with their own people. The entitlement is sky high if you know some of these people and talk with them about what they think. They probably aren't going to discuss what they really think with some awkward gringo but with some (including other minorities) their actions are completely transparent.

The Midwest and the east coast is dumb as fuck when it comes to reconquista. The midwest are completely ignorant and the only experience a lot of people on the east coast have with latinos is with Dominicans and Puerto Ricans. Both of those ethnic groups are annoying as fuck too but their relationship with the U.S. is quite different. The Dominican republic isn't connected to the U.S. so their migration is limited and Puerto Ricans are a commonwealth so their status is quite different.

The funny thing is I get along with a lot of Mexicans i've met but as a group they will absolutely destroy your city. Lower class Mexicans have a way of popping out 10 kids each and spawning entire generations of gangs and then changing the local political scene with their "community planning." Then they will elect in local politicians who will bring Mexican style corruption right into the U.S. There are many cities in socal that are unlivable now due to Mexicans flooding in and turning it into a barrio with gang warfare and all sorts of nonsense that pushed out decent people.

The biggest thing that white liberals will also not talk about is how Mexicans ethnically cleansed blacks out of major parts of CA. Blacks and Mexicans can NOT live side by side it's literally impossible because they compete on the same class level as well on the same criminal level. Blacks supporting the democratic agenda are dumb fucks who are just pushing their own extinction.

Mexicans and asians sort of can live in close proximity since the classes are so different and asian neighborhoods automatically price out lower class Mexicans. However the way the liberal establishment appeases the Mexican demographic has led to a ground swell of socialist policies directed at non latino citizens living in CA. They want to drain the federal/state coffers for their own ethnic pursuits. Since a lot of the latino voter base pays "shadow" taxes the actual tax burden falls on productive citizens living in these cities which tends to be not latino. That's why CA has such financial problems despite constantly bragging about GDP and how much techno-cuck innovation they invent or how much Jew entertainment media they shove down your throat.

Unless things change drastically, it is the future of the USA:

It's not "dying", just transforming:
1) Gone to shit compared to how it used to be, and those who remember are not happy.
2) However, this does not matter because those people are moving on or dying and being replaced by hordes of people coming from much worse places. For them it's a great improvement.
3) Total shit show of left wing and identity politics.

The most hopeful outcome is for it to break apart peacefully.

CA is already lost and CalExit should be encouraged by those on the right.

The removal of the state and local tax deductions from people's federal tax bill is a start. Now, California won't be able to keep enacting tax increases and then pass the bill off to the rest of us.

The person you're responding to has the standard CA cuckservative response when it comes to these issues. Whites in CA have been conditioned to bury their head in the sand because most live in their own ethnic enclaves and hang out in their scene. A lot of white moderate conservatives in places like Orange county or up north in San Jose date non white women to begin with and have swallowed the multiculturalism schtick hook, line, and sinker.

There is no sense of preservation of culture with this set of people. In my opinion the writing is on the wall. White people are pretty much finished in CA. It's only a matter of when that percentage drops below 30% statewide.

A lot of the remaining whites will continue to exist in enclaves though it'll just go to the south American model where there are gated communities everywhere with people pretending society hasn't turned to shit.

The ones who are actually ethnically woke on what's happening live in cities that are on the border of flipping or are lower/middle class whites who can't flee so easily. Whites from both the liberal and conservative side of the aisle who can flee from the state usually do at some point.

At some point I predict asians living in many CA cities will also start departing for greener pastures because latino politics and economics will spread the third world contagion around and make middle class cities unlivable too.

Bush got 44% of the Hispanic vote to be exact. That's actually pretty high, but he did do a lot of ass kissing though. He would invite many Mexican music groups to sponsor him, go into Hispanic radio shows, appear on Univision, talk some words in Spanish, eat tacos at Mexican taco shops, took pictures with mariachis with a sombrero on. Bush went all in. He worked hard for his 44%. I give him props.

I think Republicans can attract Latinos, by offering them jobs, healthcare, good education, etc... But nowadys the GOP is too corporate for people's liking (not like the Democrats aren't either). Remember Trump got 35% without even trying, which was more than McCain and Romney.

Strategy!

I'm not sure that these people really go write a lifehacking plan upon "deciding" to be homeless. And why would gang members beat up their own paying customers?

Plus, wouldn't your own plan make you that much more likely to cause forest fires?

I think by "gangs of hooded thugs" he meant right wing death squad types would bully/beat them out of the neighborhood.

And being homeless on the street is DEFINITELY a decision. You decided to spend your rent money on drugs. It doesn't require putting in crazy hours at work to pay rent, if you're poor there's poor people housing etc. Also there's plenty of shelters that will let you in clean. ("Wet" aka crackhead shelters are more rare. There's one in my town and they had to move it to the outskirts of the most ghetto part to try and reduce the crime impact.)

The exception is people with something like schizophrenia and no family. If I can tell a homeless person is genuinely insane and not just drugged out they have my sympathy and I'll give them a few bucks.

Conservatives lost California 30 years ago. Unless some Vladamir Putin type figure takes over this is irreversible. Dreaming about changing the demographics is ridiculous. It's not going to happen.

California is a liberal white person factory... and as they leave the state in huge numbers they spread like cancer.

I grew up in a heavily Latino area. Right now I live in a Liberal white area. I generally like Latinos.... I fucking hate liberal whites.

The most any republican in a presidential election is ever going to get is 35%, and that's only by pandering and kissing ass like Bush the second did, while fucking over the rest of us already here.

Latinos are generally social conservatives and economic liberals. If I were running for office I would use the Catholic Church to drive a wedge between Latinos and Democrats while simultaneously offering some "gibs-me-dat" incentives. I would tax heavily liberal industries like Education, and Hollywood to pay for any giveaways.

I agree that achieving 50% parity would be virtually impossible. However, if you look at the voting trends of Hispanics by income... once a Hispanic family makes $100,000 a year or more they vote 75% Republican.

That number tells me that they vote Democrat for 2 reasons... economics and immigration. I would bet that by far and wide Economics is the driver. Once they have economic security and can vote their conscience... then they start voting like a social conservative would.

Strategy!

A Republican candidate HAS to kiss ass a lot. They have to overcome the media slander machine that never ever stops.

Yes he did get 44%, but there were fewer Latinos at that point and lower turnout. Plus the Cubans in Florida really showed up for him... and Latinos in Texas helped him quite a bit. His numbers in Cali were pretty bad.

Look, when I was a kid and didn't know anything, I worked for the Democrats. They are pure fucking evil. They are literally in it for the power. They have a distaste for their own voters that is remarkable... and they have an unnatural hatred of Republican voters that borders on demonic. Most of their politicians want power so they can divert public funds to the donor class while lining their own pockets. Republican candidates are very different. Most of them actually care about their communities. The main problem they face is that the Media is after them constantly. They literally live in fear of the liberal press.

Beleive it 100%. Fat, disgusting warthog neighbor that moved in to my privately owned building in my state is just one of these liberals defecting from commiefornia.
Absolute nutjob, looks crazy, talks crazy, has liberal politic stickers all over her 1800+MPG econo-box, mudsharks(1st instance of blacks in my little neighborhood),obese. Talks as if everything is wrong with the world for not "belieiving in her inane ramblings". I avoid her like the plague. Everything thats wrong with Cali is summed up in her obtuse presentation(even at 1st glance). Also product of a divorce.Nice, she leaves once she uses the Cali divorce court and now my state has to use it's own overloaded system to take on her messy divorce. Thank god she doesn't have kids as a near 40 yr old pig in a blanket.
Why do they always flee?! Biggest pet peeve of mine.
Need a border wall just to the west of the sierras. Wall off that shithole state.

I doubt it. Remember that your lower level, millenial leftist isn't good at critical thinking. They're largely like trained dogs who emote in response to programmed cues like the word "racism" and "socialism". Easy_C

^^^Let me get this straight, you state in your profile that you are two or more races but you refer to blacks as "mudsharks"?

Your slip is showing

I saw that pure evil on a political forum some time ago at Dave Leip's Atlas of US Presidential Elections, it was just unsettling to read some of those posts they made.
