You have to check "discover" the next day at noon. You will see a list of girls with a note that "she liked your video", and then you hit on the caption to speak to them, and start messaging.

And yes, I get between 800 and 1000 views on my videos. (this is nyc). It doesn't say if that is unique views(1000 different girls), or it might be the same 10 fatties watching my video over and over. No way of knowing how good the data is. It's too damn cold here.

I did number close a cute black chick from the bronx who was singing on the subway. She was really good, people would sometimes hand her a dollar, and telling her to find an agent etc.(she said she wasn't doing the singing for money, and isn't a professional singer, just likes to sing) I basically said I go to a lot of parties, and asked if she takes her act to parties, and she was like "no but I could" and she gave her phone. And I do work at a lot of parties, mostly for work.

At that point, don't you have to spend 'beans' to actually connect? Seems like a way of forcing users to pony up for in-app currency. I've always gotten by and done well without ever spending a dollar on any of these apps.

At this point, we do not have to spend beans to connect with a girl that liked a video.

I got for more likes today, 3 of them were total fatties. I mean actual land whales. One was a 22 year old asian girl, but I don't think she will respond.

Right now, my cmb looks more like tinder: loads of matches but they typically don't respond, and are likely getting 50 or more new matches a day and can't keep up with all of it.

Fuck the apps, doesn't seem to be enough of a ROI. I don't put that much time into cmb, so I'll keep checking it 2 minutes a day, but I only get maybe 3 to 5 dates per year from it, and half of those are fatties that don't last more than 10 seconds before I bail. The reason why I keep checking? There are hot women on here.

I did get a few connections from my video, but most were too far. I did book a date with a cute black chick that is very close to me off of the video thing.

Only good thing is that this stuff doesn't use beans.


It's annoying seeing the same chicks every day, I'm not sure if that's what CMB is going for - the feature of the app seems to be a work in progress.

If I had to guess, I would say that very few women are using the video feature which is why we are shown the same 20 girls every day. The better looking girls are already getting 20+ new matches per day, without video.

Video means the better looking girls are getting 50+ matches per day. I was always impressed with the level of talent on CMB but the better looking girls have been difficult to get them to meet up(I only get a couple of meet ups per year from the app, and they are usually much heavier than their photos.

I also noticed one thing today, I *think* they give beans for liking a girls video. I have loads of beans, or maybe it is for making and posting a video? I'm not sure?

I'm also curious to see how this pans out. The whole problem with online dating is the paradox of choice. Having women agree to isolate themselves with a more limited pool of males should (in theory) mean they are DTF. It could just turn out like Meetup on steroids, though.

I've been doing great matching with attractive girls on this thing, but god are they ludicrously terrible conversationalists (well either that or not trying at all). I keep racking my brain to think of things I can say to move these conversations along, but their responses are invariably something brief and lame typed in like 3 seconds that kills any conversational momentum dead in its tracks.

I know many of you just want to get the date (and thus the bang opportunity) at all costs, and I used to be that way also, but lately I've just been saying fuck it. If she won't meet me halfway then she missed her chance. My time is better spent elsewhere.

For those of you who still try to meet up with chicks like this who show no effort or enthusiasm, does any good ever come of it?

The Tinderisation of online dating means that the vast majority of women are in the listless, frumpy and passive category. They need to be deleted quickly as they’re time wasters.

Those who show interest need to be asked out or at least telephoned.

Yeah when I was using OKC years ago most of the girls were boring as fuck too, but at least maybe ~1 out of 4 who responded would actually put some thought and effort into their replies.

Nowadays on the current apps, I have better photos and am getting an unprecedented amount of likes/matches from the cutest girls on there, but no one is remotely interesting or enthusiastic. Listless, as you said, is the only word to describe it. And the very few that aren't turn out to be 4's and 5's upon closer inspection of their well-crafted SIF photos.

The 'profiles' are always devoid of anything you can latch onto as well. I don't understand what these chicks expect to get out of being on a dating site but providing absolutely no conversation fodder to anyone

Actually the more I think about it the more I realize how retarded this is.

-The fact that she has 50 "likes" lined up indicates that she hasn't been active on the app.
-It says get seen 2x faster, meaning you get moved to ~25th in line. Yipee.
-If you purchase them in the bulkiest/cheapest quantity available, 360 beans translates to $3.

So assuming the app is being totally honest, the proposition here is pay $3 to be moved up to ~25th on the waiting list to be judged by a girl who doesn't use the app regularly, and will almost certainly reject you in 0.000004 nanoseconds even if she does go back on the app for 5 days and see your photo. Oh and she also gets some virtual "flowers" from you which will certainly improve your chances I should be cracking up but I'm actually a little depressed considering the truly desperate level of thirst and/or stupidity it would take for someone to buy this.

Every online dating app suffers from the same problem. The girls have too many options (the good-looking ones at least, the fatties and uggos are desperate). Limiting her choice on an app helps, but most chicks aren't just on one app. They'll have two or three. And that's not counting the men she'll meet at night or through social circle. So you might have a better shot at the same girl on CMB than say Tinder, but you'll still have to compete against every prospect on her radar.

There just aren't that many chicks who truly have a blank penis prospect pipeline and who, therefore, are genuinely eager to meet a new man. It's more like background entertainment for most of them.

Hence, the lukewarm interest for most of them. And the profile that fits in every cliché. And the two-word messages.

The solution? Stand out. Be quick to next. And don't make swipe-apps your only way to meet girls.

Does CMB have an algorithm that boosts or lowers your visibility to women?? I was getting many matches early on when I joined last May and through the summer. Now I'm getting 1-2 matches a week tops. I don't know what happened...

Tried out CMB for like 2 weeks. First, the quality of women was really low and that's the best reason to not be on it.

Also, this may be counter-intuitive but slowing down the process for women also slows the process for men too. Would have to study this more but it might be a disadvantage compared to an app with a faster matching process. Dudes become far more thirsty and swipe lower quality woman when they're matching with fewer women. Especially guys who don't approach girls at all in real life and considering is winter.

I can not even compare this Coffee Meets Bagel to a Tinder.

Tinder is suppose to be for hooking up. Some fucking idiots have turned it in to a dating app. When I first downloaded tinder on 2014, it was like 90 percent of the girls looking just one night stands or quick fuck.

Now the ratio is opposite! 90 percent are looking for a bf!

But yeah..Tinder is still hundred times better than CMB!
