TRX Suspension Trainer

Yes. I have one about the size of a mans head 12 inch size i think. its quieter and also feels more realistic and teaches you to punch tthrough the target much better than heavy bag. I like the size of mine as it's good practice for head shots. The make bigger ones but I like the size of mine for traveling.

For less than $20, this can help you sleep and lose weight.

I make sure to bring this with me whenever, it's on every night. It drowns out other noises (noisy roommates, trying to sleep during the day after night shifts, etc.), and keep your body cool thus speeding up your metabolism while you sleep.

It's almost to the point of classical conditioning, that whenever a fan is on I associate it with feeling relaxed and sleepy.

Enjoy getting spied on. Not like we already are now, but it makes it much easier. There have already been some incidences around the Echo where it provided incriminating recordings of one of the people inside of the house. Not worth
the risk IMO

I can't sleep without white noise. If I don't bring a fan then I use the SimplyNoise app on my phone. Works like a charm when I'm sleeping somewhere away from home.

You have to look for the real, authentic documents, same as what a dealer uses, here is where you get Chrysler and associated brands, i.e., all Mopar. Ford, GM, Nissan, BMW etc. are all out there. P.S: I see some of these are now available via online subscriptions.

Got a link? I spend days and days searching back when I bought a manual from the link. Even spend time on several Dodge/Mopar/Chrysler forums, never a peep that free (or near free) versions were available. This was eight or ten years ago.

There used to be one Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler dealer in NE who had parts full diagrams available online, and sold parts via mail order. I see he's offline now and read where Chrysler forced him to cease online parts sales.

On a related note the manual saved an hour or two today, once again.

Yeah that is a concern I think. For the average person I wouldn't worry too much but still I don't know.

I could send you the ones I have, but since it's copyrighted stuff obviously it's hard to find. My best advice would be to run a search for "factory service manual ford f-150" or whatever car, and when you're combing through the results look for Forums where they posted a link to the PDF on their dropbox or something. That's how I've always located a manual.




Also on the topic of fans, if you own your place I would recommend putting in ceiling fans. I purchased 2 fans from Menards for $70 each and they have remotes too! Makes it easy to turn the thermostat up to 78 and not notice.

Bodyfat scale. This one comes with a hydration analysis too, which gives you a pretty accurate analysis when you +/- your adjust hydration level with your bodyfat %. Plus it looks sleek and modern in my bathroom. Nice accessory that makes your bathroom look nicer and is very practical for use.

another advantage of fans is that they create white noise which can give you better sleep.

Already the best shakers on the market.

I use this as my water bottle, protein shaker, to mix up matcha tea, carry the occasional smoothie, etc. Containers are great for any powder or small snack - BCAA, protein, matcha tea, nuts, etc...and they detach so you can toss them in your bag when empty, or leave them for later. They even have a small pill container in the lid - I don't use it often, but the option is nice.

The sedentary lifestyle nowadays means tight muscles and weak abdominals. For this reason I am glad I purchased

1) Ab roller - Doing 1-2 sets of slow "negatives" style reps once in a while at home helps tighten those abs up.

2) Spiky foam rollers- regular foam rollers are gay, the spiky types hit those deep tissues much better.

I found it to be accurate. Just take your measurement the same time of day in the morning after taking a piss. Regardless if the number is 100% spot on or not, as long as it is decreasing you know your good.

With the pinching ones I found that pinching it a different way can give you different numbers.

Yes, if you offset it with hydration, it definitely is solid. For example I always measure after my shower usually post workout since I keep it in the bathroom. If my bodyfat is 20%, I usually have a hydration of 57%. 19%BF is 58% Hydration. 17% bodyfat is usually at 60% hydration. Hydration is just basically a second number, but great for me cuz its also great if you're measuring at different times of days and want to know if you're dehydrated. But 60% hydration is optimal, so I always peg it against the 60%, so my bodyfat is about 17%. Its super easy, just a little difficult to explain on this. But I love the scale.

The little fluxcore welders are tricky when trying to weld thin sheet metal since you will get burn through unless you go one tack at a time. They wont penetrate enough on something thick like a truck chassis either. With that said, they are still really handy to have if you ever need to fix something small on a mower or something like that. For under a C note, they are a handy learning tool.

I'm updating my pepper spray recommendation. I used Freeze +p in a confrontation while driving for uber. I haven't heard from the police in a couple of weeks so I'm assuming that it's safe to post about here.

An aggressive drunk ran up to my car and tried to fight me as well as one of my passengers. He was with his girlfriend who was trying to control him. When he got right up to the passenger side window I sprayed him with the Freeze +P. Unfortunately I only sprayed him in the face for half of a second because his girlfriend literally used herself as a human shield putting herself in front of the window face first and taking most of the pepper spray. I tried to spray at him around her; but her hair frizzy was blocking a lot of my spray.

The spray backed him up; but since I was immobile for a moment he managed to kick at my car slightly denting the door before I left. I'm certain that If I'd been able to get off a more solid stream the effect would have been greater. It was better than getting out and trading blows with him which certainly would have resulted in police intervention. Both due to the greater physical damage resulting from combat, and the fact that him or his girlfriend would have been able to read my license plate.



All that being said my new recommendation if you want a smaller canister is Sabre Red Pepper gel. It's the same thing as freeze +P but it's less expensive, and they have a more extensive quality control process.



Personally I wasn't impressed with the output volume of a smaller canister. So for my car I'm going to either get the large canister of either sabre pepper gel, or frontiersmen bear spray (made by the same company). Both of those products put out at least 2 ounces of spray a second; whereas my entire canister of traditional pepper spray only holds 2 ounces.

They both have their own strengths and weaknesses. The bear spray is 50% less expensive, has a stronger formula, and literally shoots a plume of pepper spray so it's almost impossible to miss your target. But the pepper gel shoots out a stream of gel to avoid blow black and cross contamination. Also both products have different legal implications. You can carry bear spray in places where larger canisters of pepper spray are illegal, but bear spray technically isn't supposed to be used on humans; despite the fact that it's almost exactly the same thing as a large pepper spray canister. When I buy a larger canister I'll update here again if I get a chance to use it.
