Honestly, I think jselysianeagle's earlier post sums it up best. Minority players are better off elsewhere although the frequent blowouts are a nice way to get over approach anxiety. And the sheer numbers make the city a great place to just rack approaches and refine one's game overall.

I've barely nightgamed during my 3 years in NYC so my opinions should be taken with a grain of salt, but my experience as a black male has been one of barely getting attention from American white girls. My white notches over these years have been from social circle, and one from Tinder.

Many White American Liberal girls from big American cities won't pay too much attention to minority guys. Too many negative stereotypes about those guys have fill their minds. New York probably has the largest community of successful black men as well in the whole county, so I can imagine there's a lot competition and the white girls who like black guys have plenty to choose from.

Personally, Im mixed (mostly white, about 1/4 black) and lived in Philadelphia for a while and looking back on it, I rarely dated girls who were actually from Philadelphia or the very near suburbs. Most were from far out suburbs or rural PA or NJ.

At the same time, I think this problem can be overcome and I know 2 black men in New York who have crazy good success with women. They're usually successful, well-dressed and have friends of every race and color you can think of.

Actually come to think it, I went to Chappele's Radio City show in New York recently and there were many black men there dating extremely sexy white girls.

The best advice I can for dating white girls is to find girls who are moving to the city from rural parts of the country. They won't have those negative stereotypes, and I can guarantee they've probably rarely met a successful well-dressed man who wasn't white.

You definitely raise some interesting points and your observations echo my own. With regards to white, non-european women in NYC, I'd say among minority guys, black guys seem to do the best. My "napkin" theory as to why this might be:

1) Cooler to be seen with a black dude than other minority dudes

2) An undoubtedly masculine depiction in the media and culture in general. There's no equivalent of a Denzel Washington, Will Smith, or any number of famous male celebrities in music/sports in the Asian/Indian-American communities. Bruce Lee was decades ago and was even then seen as Chinese first, not American. Aziz Ansari and John Cho still come across as beta, as successful as they are. Hispanic whites are effectively white and generally blend just blend in, while the other Hispanic groups (Puerto Rican, Dominican) normally hang uptown and have their own scene goin on. They also have enough cute Dominican women that stick to their own, so they probably don't feel the need to venture outside anyway

3) Being seen as quintessentially American. Can anyone seriously question the impact of jazz, hip-hop, r&b etc. on the very fabric of American culture? South Asians didn't begin to arrive in large numbers here until the 90s, so as a group their history in this country is very young, and they have a shit ton of emasculating stereotypes to contend with to boot. Meanwhile other Asian-Americans are often seen as Asian first, then American.

Things are slowly changing of course, and there might well be many other influencing factors, but these are the main things I think explain what's being observed.

As a Latino man in a big city who has dated a lot of white girls, I disagree with the comment above that liberal white girls don't pay attention to minority men. In my experience, the girls who exclusively date latinos or black guys are all super liberal. They experience the liberal white guilt and their way of giving back is to date what they perceive as underprivileged Minorities. This helps them feel better about them self that they are somehow not racist since they date minorities. Also, liberal parents are generally more accepting of their daughters dating minorities.

It's actually the super Christian conversavtive women from wealthy families who are typically not willing to date minority Men. Their parents won't tolerate them bringing home a Mexican or black guy. However, if you are white washed and within their social circle then all bets are off.

Liberal white girls from these cities will fuck around, so if you have solid game, you can definitely bang a lot of them no matter your race if you're willing to put in the work, but many will see you as expendable when it comes to anything past fucking.

The great thing about New York though as @jselysianeagle mentioned above to that you don't really need to date outside your race to do well. However, if you live in other East coast cities, the latina and black girls are some of the ugliest in the entire world, and I don't think I'm exaggerating.

Godzilla, agree to disagree. All I know is in my experience almost every single white girl I've dated has been super liberal. And this is in several big US cities. I think most women don't want to upset their family, and liberal parents are without a doubt more accepting of their little princess dating some minority compared to a conservative wealthy Christian family. Liberals love diversity and mixing of cultures and being nice to minorities, it's in their DNA.

It might be different because I'm an educated professional and make good money, but this is just my experience.

I love being black, it adds to my personality of "pushing the edge". Any judgments or expectations about me off physical looks is instantly revealed as wrong which I love.

Most people's identity were built through years of conditioning within family, culture, school & work place. I systematically grew myself through "whatever is profitable" unbias to the realm it came from.

This makes me very eccentric and hard to process where all these aspects about me spawned from.

When people make excuses due to dogma within culture, I generally just glaze over and ignore. Most issues stems from NOT KNOWING THEMSELVES and letting peoples judgments inspire a reaction.

I cant tell you how many people cal me NOT black due to how I am. Despite me loving the fact that I am black.

Shit man I believe it. NYC is highly taxed & overpriced but make no mistake that it is a Baskin-Robbins / pussy mecca for American standards. Especially if you add up all 5 boroughs, the surrounding suburbs, etc. The Tri-State area. You're talking about a population of over 20+ million people. One of the largest metro areas in the world. 16th largest in the world. Mexico City is the 11th largest in the world (the largest in North America). Tokyo is the largest in the world.

As long as you can handle the high COL, you can easily find some trim that suits your liking I think in NYC at any given time. Like you stated, forget about your race and just keep your SMV high + wallet fat & NY is your oyster.

I heard a man was able to swipe through 220,000 women in San Francisco on Tinder. There could very well be double, triple or quadruple that number in New York.

That's compared to where I am in Eastern Europe where I was able to swipe through all the Tinder girls within a few minutes (because my city is smaller than 200,000).

I would think a white guy would be able to get laid no matter what within New York but it might be with an Asian or a Puerto Rican.

Out of all the Indian guys I'd say Russell Peters is a good one that gets some dap in America & Canada. Unfortunately he never reached icon status. But he made an extremely solid career for himself, that's for sure. And he doesn't come off as beta as Aziz Ansari. A lot of guys in the hip hop & comedy communities have co-signed Russell Peters as a cool, vetted dude. He is kind of like the Indian version of Bill Burr. When to go? Iam thinking to go this month or november. Dezember to March is too cold or is it ok?

Where to stay depends on your budget for housing. NYC is expensive as hell. Use airbnb. Queens or Brooklyn is only few minutes with train/subway.
Best partying spots are village, chealse, upper east side along 2nd avenue.
Nightlife is HUGE comparing to other cities. Google what you are looking and what part of NYC.

I totally hear you. Back when I was in my 20's I got caught up in the hype & sometimes would gravitate towards plastic see & be seen types of lounges / clubs. This trip I'm thinking I might go for the scene down in East Village / Lower East Side, maybe Williamsburg (BK), etc. Anything is possible though. Who knows, might still flirt a little bit with Chelsea, Meatpacking District, etc. Not scratching out any possibilities at this point.

Unfortunately my 2 cents with NYC is that girls here are extremely guarded and that it's an epidemic.

They are on their phones 24/7. At the bar, on the subway, walking down the street, at restaurants, at galleries, at the park. It's fucking impossible to get them out of their little bubble. I'm 36 so I've got a foot in the past (pre iPhone) and a foot in the present since I'm technically a millennial. And I can honestly say that Steve Jobs fucked up our day game jam to no end.

A real-life example of NYC chicks and their iPhone addiction: In other cities (say, Los Angeles) I found that Uber Pool and Lyft Share is a GREAT way of connecting with chicks. Obviously you have no way of knowing until you get in the car - but I've had at least 5 hot girls sit in the back with me and by the end of the ride we exchanged phone numbers.

In NYC they get in, barely say hi, get on their phones and literally don't look up for 30 minutes. I've tried breaking through the barrier and you end up feeling like a goddamn rapist just by saying "what are you up to tonight".

It's fucking sad.

Yes, I know - iPhones are everywhere and it's not just an NYC thing. But the difference is that NYC is so densely populated that the iPhone has given people an "out" from dealing with each other, which was ironically what always drew me to the city in the first place. That sense of community, of being able to strike a conversation about just about anything, with just about anyone. That seems to be going down the tubes, like a lot of NYC's bohemian, free-spirited culture.

It's an online dating playground. Picking up chicks in a "normal" way just isn't done anymore. And of course with online dating in NYC the biggest pitfall is that both dudes and chicks get bored by the 3rd date (if you're lucky, after a fuck) and they hop back onto the app looking for someone else.

San Francisco is the same way. Here in the home of tech, I'd say the problem is even more ubiquitous.

You gotta start meeting the girls where they're at. That's why I invested in getting good at Instagram and online fucking apps first. Now, I've grown bored with that and am getting better at actual in-person game, to exploit the market niches of those girls that you can get to put down their phones for a second.

Very late reply here but this number is not accurate. I used to swipe through all women in the SF Bay Area every week when I would do my weekly profile resets and automation. There aren't more than 30,000. There were specifically around 10,000 in a 10 mile radius around my house, and I live fairly centrally.

NYC is probably the best city in my experience to get a quick lay with a quality woman. The only thing is that its too damn expensive and you have to be in Midtown or UES area to succeed. Girls are usually bored + horny as hell because most of them dont have many friends since majority are transplants to NYC. Also, NYC is a freakshow so most of them have their guard up all the time. This is the only place Ive had success with Tinder in the past and high end bars.

Try the Village. Once you get out of the Midtown setting, prices are sane and people are a lot more normal and approachable, and you can easily bar-hop all night and swim upstream through a never-ending sea of NYU girls.

Hotel options with good logistics are tight because it's more a local scene, but there's a cool old place on Washington Square Park - the Washington Square Hotel - and a W on Union Square.

I live in NYC and the truth is they aren't slutty the way you think about it, not comparable to Vegas or anywhere close to SE Asia, but getting laid here is very easy thanks to a bunch of bloggers that did a great job convincing women the girl to str8 single men with a job ratio here is far worse than it really is. If you know how to sell yourself / what they wanna hear you can get laid a lot. If you run the traditional bar game or ask girls to come over str8 from tinder you won't have as much luck here. Basically you need good game here and a nice suit, pure looks will get you much further elsewhere
