Girls themselves run mad game nowadays, dating 2-3 dudes per week and double/triple booking on the same day. I have had many lays where I found out I was just the little sperm who somehow made it through a filtration process that screened out hundreds of guys before me. She tried to get the Cannula seated and stop the bleeding, but she was about to turn her chair and put her foot right down in the growing pool of blood on the floor.

@AB In my somewhat limited experience, it seems that whatever "feels right" at the moment to say is usually right. I know it doesn't seem that way in practice, but after reading about RP methodology, I realize that, to an extent, it's not a case of "figuring out" what to say, but more a case of removing the inhibitors that have been placed on us.

There seems to be about a 1/2 second period of time after a girl says something that stretches out, in my mind, to about 30 seconds - where you have time to process what she says and come up with a response. The sweet spot is right in there - not having a pre-made response, not "winging it", but you literally have an expanded sense of time to consider and deliver your answer.

I didn't "learn it" per se, it just seemed to become revealed with reading and understanding RP and male/female methodology. Almost a Zen thing I guess?

Meditation is the only way I know to process emotions in a healthy manner.

When I don't meditate, when I'm caught up in worldly desires and the events of life affect me, I feel:

"I am angry."

If you feel bitter, it means you got your hopes up, you attached desire to an outcome, and you were let down. Things didn't turn out the way you wanted. It's an impulse of the ego.

So using that emotion in a positive manner, you slow down, don't be so quick to get your hopes up, don't attach desire to an outcome. Remember: women can enhance your life if you're careful and keep your desires in check. Be positive, fun, wild, reckless. The truth is that women are people, and people will let you down. How you react to that is 100% up to you.

The best way to overcome bitterness is find someone who is struggling and try your best to help them. It is impossible to feel bitter when you focus your life on bringing value to others instead of always trying to wallow in your own misery. True, a significant portion of game has always been practical discussions about social rules and expectations for a specific time and place (and how to get away with bending and break those rules). The fundamentals about what women want doesn't change, but for people who need specific advice about what to wear and what to say does change depending on your environment.

Some men have a reasonable grasp of principles of attraction but don't know how to act on those principles in a specific setting, like a bar, club, or party-- or a dating app like Tinder. It's like being athletic and knowing how to hit a baseball, but not knowing the rest of the rules of the game. They identify that desires lead to suffering. There are different levels of desire; basic living needs (food, shelter), sex, ego fulfillment, companionship, and higher desires like spiritual enlightenment. On a philosophical level, the desire for something is proof of its lack.

So it's not about desires being "good" or "bad" but seen more as roadblocks to deeper, inner happiness. The paradox is that deeper happiness does not come from desiring it, which is a contradiction to a classically Western concept: we desire something, we work for it, we attain it. That's our Western mindset.

The deeper happiness I mention is attained by desiring nothingness, of embracing the void. It's nearly impossible to discuss this if you haven't experienced it, and meditation is the only way I know to experience it.
