Greece is actually an anomaly and most of the Greek debt that accrued in the later years was just sky-high interest rates of 50% at one time. This bundling of EU bonds will muddle the waters, but countries take decades to reach dangerous levels. The funny part is that if no one raised a panic about Greece, but silently started to reign in expenses, then there would be no crisis in Greece.
Modern economic system is one giant scam with some actual facts underneath it. There are even some countries in the EU like Netherlands who managed to pay off debt and reduce the ratio. But of course generally speaking usury systems can never be paid off unless you stop the usury system.
Gross debt does not matter. What matters is ratio of debt to GDP. As long as the GDP grows more than the debt, "all is good".
When economies contract the ration increases exponentially, just like in Portugal and Greece.

As for bones,while modern humans are around 40,000 years old ,the splitting off and racial differentiation could have been earlier than thought or semi simultaniously. While these bones are waaaaay to old,it would be interesting to find more samples within the 100,000 to 40,000 range. Theres really much more to learn about this

The honor killings in Germany I wrote about - the numbers are staggering - 30 honor killings in Germany in the first 5 months of 2017:

Even from what we know from current IQ changes, there is plenty of evidence of improving IQs. For example Westerners' IQs were rising 2 points per decade for the last 50-60 years. In addition you have access to US immigration records and saw Polish and Russian immigrants having IQs in the 89 range in 1910. They are now with the new generation at 106/102 respectively (for Caucasians in Poland/Russia). Even the native Germans and Dutch have raised there and are at 108/107 respectively [if you test the new native generation without immigrants in those countries it is truly as high as that which explains the still respective intellectual output of those countries]. I mention this because even fi your tribe clocks at 85/90/100/112 or even 75, that does not mean that it will stay that way. Takes one crazy genius dictator who forces your geniuses to breed like rabbits and pays poor and low-IQ men to get a vasectomy - and voila 15-20 point IQ jump in 2 generations. (Reverse Mugabe so to say - heh.)
But I am no fan of the WEWAZKANGZ/VIKINGS/ROMANS/GREEKS/OTTOMAN CONQUERORS/MONGOLIAN RULERS OVER THE KNOWN WORLD - narrative. Environment DOES play a role in IQ. Some examples:
1. Introduction of iodized salt gave people who didn't have access to seafood an increase in IQ and a reduction in goiters. It was the US army studying IQ differences and the prevalence of goiters from WWI recruits.
2. Phase out of lead paint and lead in gasoline, which reduced exposure to lead in children.

IMHO, the biggest effect on IQ is genetics. I can see example in my own family (two nephews.. same parents.. same household.. same diet.. one 'normal' the other with a tested 165 IQ). What are the genes that control intelligence & aptitude? Nobody knows yet and I don't expect it to be figured out anytime soon. Performing said research would be fatal to one's career in academia.
