RE: Bill O'Reilly and the red pill
Bill Shine is gone and now replaced with a woman, Suzanne Scott.

Now the dismantling will begin into another feminist station.

Let's see how quickly Hannity leaves or opts out his contract.

http://www.nbcnews.com/pop-culture/tv/fo...ls-n753481

Quote:Fox News co-president Bill Shine resigned on Monday as the network continued grappling with sex- and race- harassment scandals.

Shine, who has been with the network since its inception 20 years ago, will depart as head of programming after spending a few weeks at Fox "helping the transition" to new leadership, Fox corporate parent 21st Century Fox said in a press release.

Longtime executive Suzanne Scott was promoted to president in charge of programming and Jay Wallace, another Fox stalwart, was named president of news there. Jack Abernethy, who served as co-president of Fox News with Shine, will remain in that role, and as CEO of Fox Television Stations.

There was no hint of the scandals in the announcement, which included a statement from Fox founder Rupert Murdoch.

Murdoch said: "This is a significant day for all at FOX News. Bill has played a huge role in building FOX News to its present position as the nation's biggest and most important cable channel in the history of the industry. His contribution to our channel and our country will resonate for many years."

In an email to staff, Murdoch praised Shine.

"Sadly, Bill Shine resigned today," Murdoch said in the email. "I know Bill was respected and liked by everybody at Fox News. We will all miss him."

Shine was promoted to co-president last year, after CEO Roger Ailes was driven from the network amid allegations of inappropriate behavior toward female employees. To many, Shine was seen as providing a steady hand during the upheaval. But others, including many women at the company, saw him as part of the problem.

That tension culminated following the firing of host Bill O'Reilly last month after several woman accused him of sexual harassment.

Shine, a loyalist of Ailes and O'Reilly, has been accused of enabling some of the misconduct.

Former host Andrea Tantaros has claimed in a lawsuit that she complained to Shine about mistreatment by Ailes but he urged her not to confront him. A former Fox News booker, Laurie Luhn, told New York magazine that Shine helped her conduct an affair with Ailes. And Fox News contributor named Shine in a lawsuit claiming her promotion to co-host of the news show "The Five" was "contingent upon having a sexual relationship with Ailes."

And last week, several current and former Fox employees filed a racial discrimination case alleging that the network "appears more akin to Plantation-style management than a modern-day work environment."

One of the plaintiffs, anchor Kelly Wright, claimed Shine "has demonstrated an obsession with race" when talking to him.

Fox and Shine have denied all of the allegations.

A lawyer representing Wright and others in the race discrimination lawsuit said Shine's departure was "a step in the right direction" but added that "much more needs to be done."

Holy hell, Fox is being torn up from the inside. Tucker and Hannity should just bail at this point.

I find the timing of all of this suspicious.

Last week Daddy Murdoch, Shine, and number 2 in charge had lunch in Manhattan. There was not going to be any hatchet burying. Probably a bunch of, look if you leave, don't start a new station, take Hannity, or some other tough talk probably around NDAs.

I knew right there one or all of them was going to get the axe. They say he resigned. BS. No one believes that. They told him to resign or get fired.

There are also rumors Roger Ailes is going to start a new station and they have some very rich folks lined up ready to spend the money.

Should be interesting.

Line me up for that investment! With Fox imploding, all of those viewers are going to follow the major on-air talent. If you could sign 2 or 3 of them, you're set.

RE: Bill O'Reilly and the red pill
Quote:Popular Fox News nighttime host Sean Hannity may leave the conservative news network as early as after this evening’s broadcast following Monday’s resignation of Fox News co-president Bill Shine, reports the Daily Beast.

According to the Beast, sources at the network state that negotiations between Hannity’s lawyers and the network could end this week with Hannity off the air by Friday. Another source said Hannity could say his farewells this evening.

Hannity is known to be very close to Shine, once saying the network ousting him would be the “end of FNC as we know it.”

According to New York Magazine editor Gabriel Sherman, Fox sources say Hannity has a “key man clause” in his Fox contract that would allow him to leave the network at any time.

Has to be a war going on behind the scenes here, the leftists trying to gut the single right leaning media platform we have.

Wow that was fast!

Fox News if I am not mistaken was the highest in ratings for the cable news channels. I foresee a large drop off in cable tv subscriptions, unless the new station comes up fast enough, which I kinda doubt. You would think they would need a few months lead time, at least.

I wonder how many of the Fox guys like Hannity, Ailes and Bill have non compete clauses? If BillO got 25mil and Ailes got 40mil severances then I'm sure there would be something along those lines in the packages? What and see I guess.

Are non compete clauses valid if you get shit canned vs. quitting on your own volition?

They would be re-negotiated as part of the severance package.

Cable TV's mass suicide
It looks like Cable TV has SJW converged so badly that it has decided to put a pistol to its head and blow its brains out.

Combined with the implosion of ESPN, which now faces a permanent $1 billion a year deficit and growing, Cable appears to have decided to actively accelerate its demise to streaming.

Fox News is a news channel that can charge a premium to cable subscribers. My parents have basic cable only out of reluctance due to bad signal reception due to the switch to digital broadcasting. While they get CNN, MSNBC, and I think Al-Jazeera and RT, they don't get Fox News. And now all of their stars are gone except Can't Cuck The Tuck Carlson. I suspect that he will follow very soon.

Murdoch really must have lost control of the company to his cucked by attention whores sons, because during his heyday he would never have fucked up this badly financially. Maybe MySpace rattled him too badly.

If Tucker and Hannity bail from Fox News, then Judge Jeannine should follow suit as well, before Fox News turns into another SJW feminist news station.

Quote:What's more, Fox News is insanely profitable. Pivotal Research analyst Brian Wieser wrote in a report Wednesday that the estimated operating profit of $1.6 billion for the network works out to nearly a quarter of Fox's overall operating profit.

Pretty amazing they are willing to blow up a business making $1.6 billion a year just so the Murdoch boys can be the biggest SJWs.
