Title pretty much says it all. Fatty knew she wasn't going to get hired and instead of addressing the issue like losing some weight and coming back, she took the easy American route by suing. Now she gets to attention whore and get her 15 seconds of fame. Some of y'all like to portray Texas as some conservative fortress, but it's not. I bet y'all this bitch was not born in Texas.

If a restaurant whose brand consist of hot chicks ever gave me a SJW or fat chick as
a waitress, I would not tip. Fucking Bombshells in Dallas hires some ugly bitches by the way, some hotties but some ugly hoes as well.

Based on these qualifications and Sarah Brady's lack of experience in the service industry, we hired the most qualified applicants and she was not offered the position."

"They didn't even interview me," Brady said. "They don't know how experienced I am."

Terrance Robinson, a Houston labor and employment attorney, explains that laws protect people who are discriminated against for race, sex, national origin, religion and disability - but that's it.

"There's no protection under the law for weight," Robinson said. "There's nothing for bald people, short people, heavy people. There's just not protection under the law."

"I hope the next chubby girl, plus size, thick - whatever word you want to use to describe yourself - goes in and interviews with them," Brady said. "And I hope you get the job."

If you ever been to that establishment, you would see why.

Tilted Kilt, Twin Peaks, etc. all these places tend to hire legit hot chicks. I once suggested me and a few guys on here go to one location just to have lunch on a Saturday.

Chulas is the Mexican version. Those gals are all sizes more or less, except if they are fat or chubby, they will have a big ass or have big tits to go with those rolls. Those gals still get whistled at, because all levels of patrons go there.

El Diablos Locos is the hotter version of Chulas. I've seen bartenders in there in the 8+ range at times, but it's a slightly pricer joint off Richmond.

Hooters is just nasty. Fat ass girls work there. Short fat and no tits and absolutely no asses. They would hire almost anyone it seemed. I stopped going there back when I was in college.

I will never get behind the idea that the government should force businesses to hire blindly or without regard to how it affects the brand. It's obvious that a restaurant that draws customers with hot women will suffer if it uses fat ugly women.

Where does this shit go next? If I'm running a software business, am I going to get sued because I didn't want to hire someone who doesn't know the difference between Java and JavaScript? Any job has certain requirements. If you can't do the job, too fucking bad. The world is full of jobs I'm not qualified for and you don't see me crying in my beer over it, let alone trying to sue my way into a job I can't do.

You're right that they handled it badly, but I'm pretty sure Texas is aggressively at-will, so even if they are shown to be lying about the experience, I'd be surprised if she can state a claim. They can decline to hire for any reason at all or simply for fun as long as it doesn't violate a statutory protection, and "morbidly obese" is not a protected class.

It's apparently tested law. They're classified as entertainers and their appearance is an essential job duty, so even an ADA claim won't work. It won't. They just need specify that they meant "diet experience" not experience as a server which anyone can learn in 2 days.
