The reason why the US has such an exploitative for-profit system is because when everyone in the West was setting up universal single-payer healthcare, because the US was the only Western country with a massive black population in their midst. The care itself depends on the country, the effectiveness of it's economy and the general organizational ability of the people - Japan has the best system followed maybe by Scandinavia and then Germany, Switzerland (until the recent bout of diversity of course) etc.

Also wealthy folk have extra insurance and still pay lower premiums for better care than in the US. Example: A friend did a small surgery in the US once - with his insurance it would have cost the HMO some 8.000$, if he paid cash up front, it dropped suddenly to 2.500$ and then he asked what it would be if he did not have an HMO and paid in cash as if he did not hav insurance. Then suddenly it was the real price at roughly 750$.

The system is absolutely crazy and the reason why Americans are fleezed is due to diversity and the corporations who are of course using it to their own gain.

My guess is that an all-White US would have possibly a system even far superior to Japan with maybe 5-10% of the top paying extra to get luxury treatment. And the funny thing is that such a system can be even cost-balanced. The only loser there would be the insurance companies, HMOs and Big Pharma and their suppliers, but the globalists would not suffer.
