Doubt they'll ever allow the Milo types on. Yet more Tucker types aren't such a bad thing.

Agreed. There's different segments that reach different open minds. Tucker is great with the logical arguments and not coming off as a hardcore ideologue. It is hard to hate the man solely on his personality. He's Mr. Chill.

Milo is a muckraking troll that stirs up shit. He breaks all the orthodoxy. He triggers leftists hardcore. A dozen of my friends have heard about him, even more hardcore Christian conservatives. They realize that he's a force for good on balance.

Tucker and Milo are different markets, different tactics. Both are effective, and both are needed. We need a broad spectrum of personalities and tactics to win this fight for hearts, minds and souls.

All the social upheaval that's occurred since 2014 allowed people like Milo, Cernovich, Watson to grow into major figures. I worry that we don't have a very deep bench though. If Milo shrivels under this, who takes his place? The leftist establishment is actually getting a lot better at no-platforming people, especially when they're on the upswing, so I worry that while we won a battle we're hard pressed to win the war. I'm not sure the war can be won without having our own technology platforms.

Gabbi and Voat are alternative outlets. We need more of them. I'd love to see a conservative venture capital company that backs technology ideas and new media companies. Breitbart is excellent, but you're right that we need a deeper bench.

I'm kind of glad that Milo is getting pulled down now. I thought he was an interesting guy when I first heard of him but he was just too outwardly camp and kept bringing his own homosexual lifestyle into things which were often not relevant to the topic of discussion. He became irrelevant to me very quickly.

Trolling is a dangerous game and it is easy to cross the line if you arent careful and go around shooting your mouth off without sufficient foresight.

RIP Milo.

He was at best the Right's version of the Incredible Hulk, tossed into enemy ranks to smash shit up until he became a liability rather than an asset. This was always going to be the outcome.

Milo is not going to starve in the gutter and he has nobody to blame for letting his guard down other than himself. He will be fine.

I think they are testing the water with Tucker, they see his ratings, they are still many old people sitting at home with the TV on, once many of these people die or as they start to die then Fox will move more into a Tucker style network, every network still had to deal with younger people not having cable.

I can think of many names including Roosh, Gavin McInnes, Sam Hyde, that can reach a broad audience without the love for thai ladyboys.

The risks on the non-establishment team are much higher. For anyone working at a company with an HR department - it is career suicide to express any view contrary to those found on major media outlets. This is part of the battle.

If nothing else, as an infamous figure.

Breitbart still has the option of interviewing Milo. They could even make it a weekly feature...

Milo will ultimately be OK. He's in many ways too big to fail. He's just not going to get to the rank of general, so to speak, at least anytime soon.

One thing I've been thinking of is that high level guys like Mike, Milo, Roosh, etc. should have a constant honor guard of sorts to help that figure respond in case of a likely establishment attack.

Nearly all of these except maybe Assange cater to an already convinced audience, but without Milo there is nobody with mainstream appeal and comedic wit who could bring out university crowds, land TV interviews on the regular and become the Colbert of the Right. Shapiro nearly got there but then fucked himself over.

RE: Milo Yiannopoulos Thread
Ah shit, this is going a long way back now...

I vaguely-remember the Right trying to stop Ruth Bader Ginsburg getting on the Supreme Court in the 90's by bringing up her 70's work where she worked on a bill that would have lowered the Age of Consent in statutory rape to twelve-years old.

Do any of the older forum members remember this? Is it what I think it was? Did it involve the ACLU?

Trump could agree and amplify: harshly-condemn Milo for his 'chilling' beliefs, then immediately-pivot to Ginsburg's beliefs in lowering the age of consent, and recommend she be removed from the Supreme Court.

They set the terms of engagement: we lose a provocateur, they lose a Supreme Court Justice. YUGE win!

Should anyone on this forum truly have an ear in Trump's Campaign, pass the message on.

Possible Bench additions:

Project Veritas/James O' Keefe

If there was a developmental league:

Cassandra Fairbanks (Former leftist who wanted to write for Milo's new site according to her Twitter)

Hunter Avallone (This 20 year old is the real deal, if you look at his YouTube channel. If there was a developmental league, Hunter would be a five-star prospect)

Tomi Lahren?

Angelo Gomez (19-year-old running for mayor of Henderson, Nevada)

The following all have their part to play or are able to put forth content that goes against the globalist crowd :

Anthony Cumia
Voxday
Roissy
Rollo
@IllimitableMan
Rogan has his moments now & then.
David Seaman
Ann Coulter
Stefan Molyneux
Jack Posobiec
Scott Adams
Godfrey Elfwick in his own unique way. Rolleyes
Ben Garrison (political cartoonist)
Antonio F Branco (political cartoonist)
@Red_Panels (political cartoonist)

Aside from Ann Coulter, none may be household names.
Yet under each person, there are 10K, 20K, 30K Twitter followers alone.
Stefan Molyneux is at 151K Twitter followers.
Plus it's not as if they are all reliant on Twitter.

Point being, it's not just up to Cernovich & Paul Watson.

Edit.
From above. Ah yes. Forgot to add James O'Keefe. More than able to throw a cat among the pigeons.

I don't disagree with the other names, don't know them or agree on them. But without seeing this "Transgender anti-SJW" I know it is not on out side just based on the absolute contradiction of being a SJW creation, yet against them at the same time, unless it was killed and sjw Dr. Frankenstein resurrected it.

Tomi Lahren has a good point here and there but her grating bitchiness I think would prevent her from persuading anyone on things. More someone for middle-age republicans to jack off too when she's on TV (she does look good, it would be tiresome dealing with her long enough to bang.)

CynicalContrarian I agree Rogan has his moments and they are happening more and more often.

His persona has always been "chill weed smoking neutral dude" but the left has gotten so insane they are quickly forcing him, a logical somewhat above-average in intelligence guy, to take sides.

RE: Milo Yiannopoulos Thread
James O'keefe's work is useful but its a different type of thing.

There's also the peripheral figures who show up who aren't conservative but are anti-SJW, like Jordan Peterson (150k followers on youtube). These people end up helping our cause even when they're otherwise against many of the principles.

In a free speech environment, I suspect that we would have a number of more up and coming prospects. But twitter, FB, reddit, youtube are being way more aggressive censoring anyone who espouses pro-trump or traditionalist or really just any conservative views, which limits the ability of people to come up.

I don't mean to make too much out of this issue because big events will still give us reinforcements the way that Trump's election, Brexit, Gamergate, etc. did. Part of the reason we have a short bench is that we get no platformed, but just as big a part is that this young, populist conservative movement is a fledgling one.

To me, it just highlights a bigger concern. Politics are downstream from culture, but today culture is mediated by monolithic technology companies. If the right wants to survive long term, it needs its own platforms. I'm glad as some pointed out that people are working on it with Gab, Voat, Infogalactic but there's a long way to go.

These are a few more I think of

Black pigeon Speaks
Styxenhammer
The golden one
Mark Steyn (although he is much quieter than in the past)
Breitbart staffers
Tucker

Plus the countless forums, and the people on the internet who form the shock trooper army of the new right.

The point with bringing up these names are... well yes it isn't a deep bench. But it's a better bench than we've ever had before for one, and it punches so high above its weight that it borders on the impossible.

The globalists with all their talking heads in the MSM, Hollywood, government institutions and universities can just barely compete at some points and yes, has beaten us in the last few outings.

But man, these dissidents are giving them the biggest run for their money they've had in 70 years. Its astonishing how so few can do so much. It gives me a really hopeful feeling. Makes me think if more big names come out of the generations that they have pass their knowledge onto, we may finally have a fair (but still far from it) game.

^Regarding my earlier point about the Right consistently-using the enemy's services: Change.org is based in San Francisco and has been funded by George Soros. Why wouldn't they throttle the numbers of anti-Progressive petitions?

If the Right wants to get the attention of The President: write physical letters rather than using online slacktivist services.

Not quite sure who started that J.K.Rowling petition.
I'd imagine it's merely an amusing stunt either way.
A mere petition can't force her to do anything even if she is a hypocritical whore.

Yet whether it's Gab.ai yesterday.
Infogalactic.com today.
Or something else tomorrow.
Until 'they' shutdown the internet as a whole, there are always avenues to spread content.

Just like this forum or the Joe Rogan Board. Independent of Google or Facebook & able to allow non-cunty free speech.
