even decent game won't get you far here. either you have world class game or have status/money or you are not going to touch anything above 6.. ive seen some really good looking guys with game fail in the clubs in london.. can't comment on daygame as i haven't done any in london yet.. my visits have been very short .2-3 days. if you are going to clubs here i suggest you bring female friends if you wan't to have any chance of success

London is good, copenhagen is great.

Though I will say that I didnt always find london good, but I realised the problem was me, and sorted it.

The things I sorted were a) I got a centrally located apartment, a maximum 5-10 minutes walk from bars and clubs, & b) became a regular at a bunch of bars, ended up becoming friends with the staff , to the point people assume I actually own the places, and I'm getting invited to a bunch of other cool places that are very hard to get into

My london experience went from not so good, to very good in the space of about 10 weeks. You've already outlined the problems with london, it doesnt take much effort to fix.

Could you break down what you look like, & what kind of venues/area in london you go to? This might help fix your issues with london

edit: I run the same gameplan in Copenhagen, but its overkill, as a lot less effort is needed over there.

so basically the only way to get laid in london clubs is to be friends with everyone and stay centrally correct? im not that kind of person. im more laid back lower energy type of guy.. im a big guy at 6.5 and big muscles. the high energy james bond game doesn't suit how i look.

i approach only if i get and IOI from a girl. like eye contact or something to indicate theres a gap to approach. ive tried numerous cold approaches in clubs without IOI and it doesn't go down well most of the time. possibly because of my size.
i couldn't afford to stay in central london. im not making that much money. the rents are insane in central london

I'm roughly the same size as you. 6 foot 5, 265lbs

And it doesnt have to be high energy, I don't do clown game or anything similar to it, nor do I cold approach , I also do what you described ioi-wise. And yeah, london is expensive, but thankfully there are lots of areas concentrated with bars/clubs outside of zone 1, so you can set up shop away from the center

You don't need to spend a huge amount of money if you're firm with estate agents. Some guys I know pay £1500 a month for a shitty place in zone 3, others around that for a flat to themselves in zone 1.

RE: London
You absolutely do not need to live centrally for success here. London is huge. It's not like other cities where everything revolves around the centre.

High energy, fun, resilience to rejection type of mindset will serve you well but low energy can also be effective. But if you're going to be one of those unsociable guys who stands around the bar waiting for IOIs then you'll probably be disappointed. If you're not going to put in the work to expand your social circle or get to know people, or have the energy to roll solo and play the numbers game then London isn't a city you'll enjoy.

personally I wouldnt live in london if i was making under 40k, and I think 50k is enough to rent a 1 bed place in zone 2, go out to bars every weekend, and save a few hundred quid a month as well

Personally, I have banged many times in London, spending literally £10 or even £0 in one night. The cases where I banged, spending over £100 in one night were no more than 5. I don't think you need money to get laid in London, all you need is experience and good looks of course.

London is the capital city of 7's.

Stay focused and you will have a blast.

More than is earned by the vast majority of people. As an example, I spoke to a 30 something guy recently, who had just moved to the provinces from Twickenham (zone 5). He and his girlfriend were paying £850 a month EACH for a double bedroom in a 3 bedroom house.

If you've got the time, I recommend that you browse:

to get a feel for things.

I think there's a difference for people actually living in the city and for those there to visit. I was in the city about 2 years ago living in Hoxton which felt like the outer border of the center. Of course I'm not going to be as calibrated as a local that's hitting the streets regularly so my margin of error is less. A centrally located apartment broadens that margin.

Also there's more young people living east of the center so that probably helps as well. You might live in a sick place west of the center in Kensington and such but actually have a tougher time because the girl you're hitting on lives out east and in her head going to your place is a much smaller mental hurdle as she'll be close to home.

Vicious, I live East, but only 10% of my bangs were from East London. 80% were from West and North London and, yes, those women, didn't mind coming East for a shag after a quick drink / coffee in Central London. It's 20 minutes far, no big deal.

Online girls often came straight to my area.

I don't know London at all, I've visited 7 times and each time was no longer than a week. I know, Chelsea and Kensington are superb places in London but I saw some places in Kensington were going for £1850 a week! It was 2 bedroom though, still super expensive. £7400 a month sounds little crazy for me. I lived in New York, if you pay $8000, you would get superb nice apt on 40th floor with amazing view in New York.

How much are nice and clean apt's in Chelsea, for example? 1 bedroom is fine. Please give me monthly numbers, I didn't know they pay per week in London.

Something of an anecdotal, but it's worth hearing.

Three years ago, I went to London for a few days for my birthday, and stayed in a hotel in Chelsea. There was an estate agent nearby, offering both property for sale, and rentals. The places offered for sale were, unsurprisingly, stratospherically expensive. The rentals were pricey, but not as bad as I'd expected. Then I looked closer, and saw that the rates were weekly, not monthly....

Yes, that's why I was so confused. I thought 1850 was ok for 2 bedroom place in Kensigton, as I went inside of real estate, lady told me that, it's 1850 a week, I was shocked.

I mean, Kensington is nice, I'm sure apartment is nice as well but not $8500 nice. I think £7400 is like $9000. You can really get amazing apartment with jacuzzi and on 40th floor in Manhattan for that price. Needless to say, Manhattan is a lot better than London in my opinion.

I'm in London right now. I think it got a bad rep for being really expensive. With the Pound to USD being 1.25~ many goods are actually cheaper! Clothes, Nespresso machines etc.

I'm here with my dad to see a soccer match for his birthday so unfortunately i don't have the opportunity to go out.

In terms of real estate- we're staying in Chelsea by the water. There's an apartment complex by the hotel. Looks very fancy, and I saw a one bedroom renting for roughly 1650 pounds a month. I live in NYC. You cannot get a nice 1 bed apartment in a building like that for less than 3000-3500 usd.
Granted I'm taking into consideration that the Pound is very low right now...

Are you sure it's £1650 a month? It could be a week.

If you want to be sharply corrected regarding your notion that London is wonderful value for money, just mention it to the driver of the next cab that you take. Just don't do it when the car is moving, as the driver will probably mount the pavement.

I'll believe your 1650GBP per month apartment in Chelsea when you post a link here to prove it. Otherwise I will take it you misread it and it's actually per week. Apartments on the outskirts of London in Zone 5 will probably go for 1200-1400GBP so 1650GBP in prime London is not realistic. I mean a couple could split that and live in Chelsea for just 825GBP per month which is far too cheap to be reality.

The complex is called imperial warth.
The one bedroom I saw was roughly 400-420 Pounds a week. I saw at at a realtor window while passing by the complex.

Here's a link for a different realtor but prices are ballpark the same to what I saw if you scroll down:

https://www.foxtons.co.uk/properties/uk-...wharf.html

I could be wrong about the location being considered Chelsea. I guess it's more west Brompton?

I did not mean to anger anyone here. I was just sharing thoughts as I came from NYC expecting it to be a lot more expensive, but it turned out to be generally cheaper.

RE: London
Ok now I get it. Yes there is one listing under £1700pcm out of hundreds on that site.

It's a ground floor privately owned apartment on a prominent road in The Worlds End council house estate. Probably surrounded by crackdens. Not a nice place, probably like a Bed Stuy on the edge of Manhattan.

The Worlds End took its name from King James II who would regularly ride down Kings Road and considered it to be "the end of the world" on his ride. A public house of the same name, The World's End was built there in 1897. The area has long been regarded as the less fashionable end of Chelsea, with Victorian slums being replaced with council housing in the 20th century.
