Half the guys that post on there are English as a second language people. Or third or fourth. Or fifth.

At the end of the day it is about being comfortable in your own skin. It is only from listening to American threads on PUA that I have even really heard about heightism. I am 5''7 and have a pretty darn descent body, I have no desire to be any taller, I am comfortable in my own skin. That my friend is sexier than anything else on the planet. Why focus on what you can't change.

Close guy friends have told me repeatedly that i must be getting laid a lot. Wanted to play along and say yes, but whats the point, so i set em straight that it doesn't matter much having a great physique, especially in Toronto. Its all about what you spit.

Anyways, end of my semi-rant and cheers to RVF members dedicated to working out and eating right regularly, keep up the good work, as this is the only investment in life that has a guaranteed pay offs.

I sometimes feel I am selling myself short with women, unless a women takes the same kind of dedication as I do to her fitness and how she looks and carries herself, I really am not interested. I have hit the gym for decades and have a body I am proud of. It kind of irks me when all I have to approach are women, who are ok looking and having to expend a lot of effort.

Just curious how tall was Zyzz? In all the pics of him I've seen I'd guess he's somewhere around 6 ft. 1 or 2 in., which is pretty close to what women consider the ideal height (6 ft. 2-5 in.). From what I can take Zyzz is part Persian, and this is what I'd imagine Roosh would look like, if he got tanned, ridiculous ripped and a douchey haircut and tats.

Not to take anything away from his physique, but I think the fact that he was tall and insanely yoked, is why he would get jocked so hard by the females. There are body builders who are jacked as hell, but are short (under 5 ft 8 in) and don't get chased by women that hard. Amazing physique is money by itself, just as much as being tall is gold by itself, but the combination of the two is the real killer that will wreck the females. Zyzz is also not a bad looking guy, but I wouldn't say if he's particularly handsome, unless you're a female who has a natural attraction towards middle eastern men.

If you're a guy with a combination of height, physique, and have a handsome face, it's game over, you don't need to be charming, funny, charismatic, (basically having good game), as long as you're not a total psychotic, women will be attracted to you, go out of their way to make themselves available, if not out right pursue you. These characteristics make you automatically "alpha" or at least in the sense of being the archetype of what physically attracts women and makes them horny. I know a couple guys like this and picking up and having sex with women is a breeze for them, basically it's like having a Ritz Carlton buffet of pussy, while average men are stuck fighting for frozen bagel and donut scraps (pussy) at the Motel 6 of what the game offers.

Sometimes guys will get abcesses and inflammation around injection sites if they fuck up, or if a guy is injecting synthol to puff up his muscles cosmetically you can tell from how lopsided he might look, but aside from just looking at a guy and thinking "yep, he's jacked, must be cycling," there's no surefire way to tell.

If you've been around the sport and are well versed and familiar with bodybuilding, fitness, anabolics, and other steroids it's pretty easy to tell.

There are certain levels of muscle development and bodyfat that are impossible without drugs and it's not about size. It's a combination of muscle size, separation, body fat, and definition.

The only times it's hard to tell is when people cruise dose to maintain at a physique that's just around their genetic limit, when people stay fluffy but not overly massive, and when scrubs/newbies are injecting but they still have an unimpressive physique.

But like I said someone who's been around the sport and knows the bodybuilding game can easily spot fake naturals.



As for the discussion in this thread I think some guys who were born with zero true "handicaps" just don't get it. Average guys don't understand what it's like to be handicapped. When you're average height, average face, full head of hair, then you have nothing AGAINST you. You might not be the best looking but you have no points docked off the bat when you approach a girl that isn't out of your control.

When you're a certain ethnicity in the wrong city/country that could be a point off your attractiveness.

When you're below a certain height that could be a point or even 2 off your attractiveness.

When you're bald at the age of 20 that's a point AGAINST you.

When you're facially kinda ugly that's a point against you.


When you have one or god forbid multiple handicaps you MUST compensate on the sexual marketplace or you're fucked. An ugly short guy doesn't have the luxury to not have an amazing physique, stylish clothes, and money in the bank.

Meanwhile a great looking broke guy that lives with his parents can bang 8s and 9s all day.


Game doesn't overcome all. Game only works when you have other shit going for you. No amount of game will get an ugly, overweight, badly dressed, 5'4" dude laid.

So yeah some guys who were born without handicaps or born with advantages (good facial aesthetics or 5'11" or up) might look at guys who spend time in the gym like idiots cuz they can still get quality girls, but a lot of gym rats are in the gym because they know they're fighting an uphill battle and want to level the playing field.

I'm not hating on the benefits of a physique but coming from a place of not having an "amazing" physique, I could offer perspective.,Again I'm just a bit above skinny because I lift a little so maintain an okay physique. I'm not a skinmy looking nerd nor a fat ass nor a chiseled look.

This said, I dress exceptionally well, have a lot of respect at work and am very social. These have been my focus and they are all components which helped me succeed. Confidence fills in the gap left behind by physique, and I truly believe it.

What I'm trying to say is that I really don't think physique has as much power with women as some people may think. It's okay if you don't have one and still want to compete against guys that have it. You can and should. Some guys think that they're automatically disqualified as soon as they see the thread title and I would to staunchly oppose that. I'm not saying your results will be the same but the improvements those guys see are likely more marginal than some people think.

As Cobra points out, if you dress well enough and aren't overweight, you are WAY ahead of most of the competition. For the 5% that do have chiseled abs, exactly when do and how do they show those? One would have to spend a lot of time at the beach to show it off.

The only other real way is when you are hooking up with a chick. Perhaps if you want to plate her, those abs help your case. If you don't have confidence, it wont matter either way.

it's not just abs, having defined arms and shoulders shows up in any decent clothing. That's going to get entry of attention and respect in general from those around you. Seeing a well dressed muscular guy puts an image in their heads.

why settle for ahead of the general competition when you can be ahead of those who are already ahead of the rest?
