Part one: intro

While I have an established crew Down Under, made up of both active and retired players, I linked up with some more RVF’ers on a recent tour nationwide in light of the engaging, holistic discussions here. After such a memorable trip I wanted to share a glimpse into my journey with a focus on the meets for a few reasons:

(1) To verify members I met

Teedub puts it bluntly in his signature: "If you've never met a forum member - I'll assume you're lying" [1]. Considering how easy it is to anonymously troll or even invent a persona online, I can empathize with such skepticism. In most cases a complete game novice, who has been verified in person, will gain respect through showing dedication to self-improvement. Conversely, boastful claims from a self-proclaimed pimp are likely to be questioned if nobody has ever met them. So to answer Hoser - no, a thousand posts aren’t needed to be taken seriously; rather, a much quicker way to establish your RVF cred is to meet some fellow members [2].

This takes nothing away from the select great men who have contributed immensely to this forum and choose, for their own valid reasons (like guarding a high public profile), to remain hidden from view. Your gifts of knowledge are deeply appreciated.

(2) To show appreciation locally and encourage others to reach out globally

Being active in several pickup/men's groups for over a decade, it's inevitable to meet some guys who are weird, negative, or just on a different wavelength [3]. No doubt I was an anxious, socially-maladjusted rookie once. Yet some of my strongest friendships were initially forged through a shared interest in pickup, and all those nights out were infinitely more FUN when rolling with solid wings [4]. Personally, I would love to hear about some more RVF Big Guns Meetups! [5]

In many cases members seem nicer in person than online and, as Roosh illustrates, physical organisation has a greater power to bond us together and lead to broader change [6,7]. Guys, there’s no reason to let a few hysterical wildebeests and supplicating manginas stop you from building your own team behind the scenes [8,9]. As long as standard precautions are taken in organising private meets, the risk of being doxxed is negligible even for prominent members [10].

Just don’t forget the code words and secret handshake:

- First Gentleman (suspecting the other is an RVFer): "Excuse me, do you know if there's a good pet shop nearby?"
- Second Gentleman (indeed, an RVFer): "Why, yes, they even sell a special breed of hamster…" (raised eyebrow)

Part three; Roosh V Clan ain't nothin' to fuck with

Once I introduce ‘Australia Sucks’ to some of my local crew we share figurative high-fives for our common passion for Latinas. While I may disagree with his username -- after all, where else can you see a guy square off with a kangaroo? [12] -- I respect his guts in traveling solo and his determination to succeed through cold-approaching. Mr ‘Australia Sucks’ is up for day game despite being suited up in the middle of summer. Damn, what a soldier. However, I’m in need of a herbal remedy to sooth my sleep deprivation after battling a mozzie that teased me worse than a Thai hostess honing her blue-balling skills.

So, I farewell Mr ‘Australia Sucks’ and, with elRey, head to his local pharmacy. On the way we talk game and I quickly realize that anyone doubting his success in Goa can rest assured – this guy is legit. He made a strong first impression as, put simply, elRey embodies the young-tall-cool archetype [13]. More than that though, what I find particularly impressive are his significant game stats considering his young age and recent discovery of pickup. Showing internal determination to improve while boasting a calm and confident demeanor, elRey has big potential to be a cold-approach king. And now, thanks to his medical assistance, I’m back in the zone [14]. Oh yeah. My man.



With handshakes all ‘round, elRey heads off and Conscious Pirate (CP) takes me to his hood. I am treated like a brother as CP demonstrates the principle of ‘going first’, shouting me all kinds of treats. If at times he may seem a bit harsh online, I know that he is actually a very generous and thoughtful person in real life. We share a stimulating discussion on music, medicine, free speech, RVF, game, relationships, and more. Although I'm physically exhausted, I'm so full of ideas that I gotta remind myself to shut up at times. As shown in his datasheet on the narcissistic family and his gift of gold here, CP has a deep intellect and great passion for this forum [15,16]. Solid bloke, RVF champion.



After an invigorating rest, it’s game time [17]. I hit the gym with John5000 and am charmed by his friendliness and open-minded attitude. Without a doubt he has serious potential to leverage his disarming vibe. After the gym and some energy supplements, I am buzzing and take him to a supermarket to warm up. I think this is the first time he has seen a guy open a girl looking at tampons

I also meet a Japanese chick next to the rice as John gives me some social proof. Afterwards I bring John along to my own Big Guns meetup which leads to a high energy night out. Hell yeah. Later that evening I catch up the J-girl again and end up feeding her some Aussie sausage, wrapped for Christmas of course. Too bad she ghosts on me afterwards. Oh well, charge it to the game.

Later...

I only get to catch up with Divolution for a very brief chat, which is entirely my fault for not spacing out my activities better. Sorry ‘bout that. Anyhow, he's kind enough to shout me a drink. Cheers.

Hazaer comes through my area and I show him some bars near his hotel. Being new to the game, he asks me a lot of questions which shows he’s keen to gain knowledge. I suggest that he start a pickup group in his own area from which he would grow stronger and have more fun. Keep at it man!

After an uplifting gym session together, I introduce JWLZG to an old friend who founded a men’s/pickup group way back, before 'The Game' was released. I hope the connection works out. Jay-dub is a youthful, friendly guy who impresses me with his openness to new ideas and determination to improve himself. Also, considering that my grandfathers fought in WWII, Jay-dub gets bonus props for acknowledging our heroic diggers [18]. Respect.
