Czech Republic prepares its own "second amendment"

While other European countries are tightening gun laws because of the recent terror attacks, Czech Republic goes the other way.

Current gun legislation is one of the most liberal in the world.
Czechs are allowed to use guns to protect their life, health and property.
But that is not enough. Ministry of Interior is preparing the amendment to the constitution of The Czech Republic that gives the people right to bear arms when The Repubic is in danger.
Czech Ministry of Interior says:
"The purpose of the constitutional law is to react to increasing risk of security threats, especially violent acts such as terrorist attacks or isolated hybrid threats."

what actually shocks me is Police inaction. In the historical part of Lisbon, you cannot walk 200m without 2 guys asking you if you want haxixe or marijuana or cocaine. Naturally these guys are not selling any drugs, but it still gives a very bad image and sense of safety.

current situation in CZ is that guns can only be obtained by permit holders.

Each individual applying for gun permit must also pass the following

1) gun legislative knowledge
2) practical test at range
3) background check
4) doctor's approval
5) be at least 21yo (few exceptions)
6) has not commited any criminal activity

Each and every firearm must be registered.


This will stay as is.
Only change will be that the right to bear arms to protect one self and the Republic will be added into the constitution, this basically means "screw EU gun ban".

I predict very few mass shootings there in the future. You seldom see the brave Islamic warriors going to an NRA meeting and killing everyone willy-nilly. Sounds very similar to our laws here in Australia. I routinely get frustrated when people from Australia and other gun control countries talk about not being allowed to own guns.

It's way more difficult than it is in America, sure, but if you want them bad enough then in most places there are legal avenues to gun ownership.

The data here is unformatted - the first number is the one supposedly in 2010 and the second one from the year 2030.

Both are far too low. Germany alone has over 5.5 mio Muslims already and rather 6 mio. BEFORE THE MASS INVASION! After the invasion you can bet that it will be 10 mio. within 5 years with mass births and family reunions. In 2035 it might be 20 mio. or more.

Russia already has close to 20 mio. Muslims in the country and it might be 40-50 mio. by the year 2035. By 2045 it may reach 60 mio. Never underestimate the power of having 6 children each among some families and then the sons moving to the big cities like Moscow in the next generation.

Also note that South America, Eastern Europe, Japan, Taiwan and Korea will be free from this cultural enrichment. Colombia does have a Muslim population that dates back a few decades (Shakira is Lebanese) but they are well behaved, Colombia has enough drug dealers and terrorists already. Actually, the biggest trouble makers in Colombia in recent years were the Irish and until the past decade or so, they had trouble getting into the country, fucking Irish!
