Another point is that I believe that MRA/anti-feminist beliefs are ultimately damaging to ourselves because it indeed does create a layer of bitterness between men and women. Another point to consider is that not everyone is equal, not everyone is the same. One self improvement method might not work for another person.

Carl Jung has created a system where there are 16 basic personality types, 8 introverted and 8 extroverted. So game and sitting in clubs and anything which requires an introvert to behave in a very extroverted fashion may not work for that particular individual.
