True but it came at a huge cost. Because the recent Gatestone update confirms to me that Germany is already lost, France probably as well. Sad thing is that the majority of Germans don't even realize it as they all live in their own little bubbles.
I had a chat with young German girl on vacation the other day. She's from the very North of Germany (Friesland) and told me that they never had any problems up there. She was clearly completely oblivious to the changes in her country and didn't seem very interested in discussing it either. Thus I decided to not waste my time and wished her best of luck on her return.
Quote:According to Michael Roth, the Socialist Party of Germany (SPD) Minister of State for Europe at the German Federal Foreign Office, “All critical spirits in Turkey should know that the federal government is in solidarity with them.”
The SPD politician—who is part of Merkel’s ruling coalition—said that “Germany is a cosmopolitan country and is open to all politically persecuted persons. You can apply for asylum in Germany. This is true not only for journalists.
“What is currently happening in Turkey has nothing to do with our understanding of European values, the rule of law, democracy, and media freedom,” Roth said.

It is really funny - since Erdogan is now moving towards an Islamic republic he is cracking skulls. But offering asylum TO ANYONE FROM TURKEY - means that millions of unemployed, underemployed, unhappy, sexually frustrated men can go and claim being persecuted by the Erdogan regime. A regime by the way that has record support by the population, but hey - if it gets you a stay in Germany, then who cares what you need to say?
Jeez - that bitch needs to disappear ASAP as well.

Quote:However, a Politbarometer poll for broadcaster ZDF showed 82 percent of Germans view Trump's win as bad or very bad.
Experts also argue that Germany's political system was designed after World War Two specifically to avoid the rise of a dictator after Hitler, and that social divisions are narrower than in the U.S.
The poll also showed that 65 percent of Germans expect relations with the U.S. to deteriorate under Trump.

Quote:Donald Trump says attacks on France, Germany their own fault
Donald Trump said that it was happening because Germany and France allowed people to come into their territory.
Quote:Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump on Sunday said that France, Germany and other nations hit by terror attacks recently had only themselves to blame “because they allowed people to come into their territory.”
Trump, who has been in favour of suspending immigration from what he calls countries “compromised by terrorism” until vetting mechanisms are in place, said, “We have problems in Germany, and we have problems in France” during an interview on NBC’s ‘Meet the Press’.
“They have been compromised by terrorism, they have totally been. And you know why? It’s their own fault. Because they allowed people to come into their territory,” he said.

Zel, you should be able to recognize that Europe does not mind Trump's policy so much as his personality and manners. He is simply crass and boisterous, an unmannered buffoon who doesn't have the good breeding to downplay his wealth and achievements. This is the European way and that is what they respond to.

They key difference between Europeans and Americans is that Europeans instinctively hate successful and rich people of all stripes while Americans love and respect them (up to a point). Which is why middle class entrepreneurism has never been common here in Europe and was always relegated to being the exception. In the U.S. almost everyone dreams of owning their own business and becoming wealthy. In Europe people believe that being mediocre ought to be good enough for everyone. The only exception is royalty which they still secretly adore although you will never hear anyone speak well of them. In a nutshell - Europeans are horrible snobs and borderline communists. It varies from country to country, less in Germany, but most definitely it's more pronounced in France and the Mediterranean. If you're rich you can't just park your Porsche or Mercedes out in the streets as you're most likely going to get keyed within the first week. The envy and butthurt is omnipresent in Europe and that is why the rich don't rub it in outside of their wealthy enclaves.
A person like Trump could never be successful politically in Europe for that very reason. People would hate him just for the fact that he's rich and that he fucks beautiful women. This is actually one of the main reasons I'm considering to return to the United States. I do love the people here but to some extent I also hate them as they are terribly mediocre, snobbish, and as I said borderline communist.
TL;DR version: Europeans do not understand American politics. From their perspective an American democrat is a borderline right extreme Neo Nazi sympathizer ;-)

Hundreds of cars have been torched in recent months, but why?

Quote:What’s behind the spate of vehicle arsons that have swept Scandinavia’s cities this year? Over the summer, cars have been set on fire across the region in a spree that shows no sign of abating just yet.
Between June and mid-August, 134 vehicles were set ablaze in Stockholm, 43 in Sweden’s second city of Gothenburg, and 108 in its third city, Malmö. Meanwhile, across the water in Copenhagen, there were 30 arson attacks on vehicles in August alone, until the arrest of a 21-year-old suspect led police to hope the streak would end. It didn’t, and this week Copenhagen’s car burnings began again, as they also did in neighboring areas of Sweden. Internationally at least, this isn’t what people expect from a region that is usually a byword for prosperity and social order.

By the way that article is not satire.
Those morons truly "don't know what is fueling those mysterious car burnings".
Low-IQ undisciplined immigrants with massive aggressive potential, disdain for the European culture and people, with high expectations but little actual results - that fuels this.
The current economic model has dwindling jobs for those men (even the local 100-IQ Europeans have a 10% net unemployment rate) and low growth. If this were the 1970s of Sweden then 100% of those men could have had jobs and could afford a car. No reason to torch one down - yours could be next.
Ah well - life will go on.

I consider myself a reasonable man, I not only go to facts and arguments, I try also to understand what drives the people behind this. We interpret things because we have a feeling behind this. We here for example feel that this all will lead into a negative thing. Others that is will be better. Contrast views. Unfortunately the other side leads the cultural war and like any ideology it try to protect itself by cut out "disbelievers". Its not that we can debate the different points and opinions to find a solution in the middle or so. This sickens me the most. Those people with their higher moral vibe look down at us and do not move one centimeter from their high horse.
Their arrogance might be their shield but its also the dagger that will bring them to fall. So people like me and many more swell in the underground, just waiting for our moment. Meanwhile we have to play nice and avoid the eyes of them.
