Yeah, it sucks, but I'd much rather deal with insurance companies and have her face some kind of (likely minor) criminal charges, than me be charged with aggravated assault/attempted murder for trying to physically throw a woman out.

I try not to bring girls back to my place who I don't know well if I can avoid it in general for all sorts of reasons. You don't have to worry about her staying the night if you don't want her to. I don't have a lot of kitchen equipment here, anyway.

Roosh did set up an innocent meeting of like minded men, they made it a rape meeting. Hunt him down world wide. Set him on kill list. Almost no media did bother with the facts. Do you believe when we talk all nice, calm and with reason (we already do here so) they will like us? That's my exact thoughts. I'm overly precautious, I have insurance, security cameras and a very well hidden fireproof safe that's mounted and can't be towed away. Before I go out to game, or if I'm expecting a girl to come over, I put my laptop and other valuables in the safe.

So if a bitch starts acting crazy, and refuses to leave, I'm just walking right out the door and calling the police. She can trash the place as much as she wants, I'll deal with insurance over it. I'm not about to get falsely accused of anything.

I don't trust any woman in my place, even if she's sleeping in bed and I get up to take a shower, I take my wallet and phone into the bathroom and lock the door.

My crazy as fuck BPD ex-LTR and all her false rape accusations towards me (non-reported, thankfully) inspired me to take these precautions. I'm not about to lose the business and savings I've spent nearly a decade building over some broad.

It's always terrible when then media seizes on the trial of a young man, I have often contributed to defending these guys here, when many even here are throwing them to the wolves. In this case, I simply don't see the need to make a martyr out of this particular guy.

Yeah I like the idea of just leaving. Anyways to the people staying they'd make her leave, what if you can't make her leave? Also, if you grab her and throw her out, pretty sure she'll tell the cops that you assaulted her. yeah and they'll believe her, because sluts never lie. After reading this, I wonder if roles were reversed. The women would probably win award for protecting herself or better yet; this guy would be blamed for jumping off the balcony and he would be mocked. But since it's woman, the world must stop. The reason she was on the balcony was because he could not get her out the front door. He probably got her on the balcony, locked the door and looked at her acting crazy through the glass. In a pissed off mood himself he left for food figuring she would pass out or calm down by the time he returned-but he knew for sure he was done trying to deal with this crazy chick.He did not understand how monumentally wasted, stupid and unreasonable she was until he came back to find her splattered on the street.

She was already threatening to call the cops and lie on him about assault that is why he said "there is not a mark on you, you are the one attacking me"-So you know for sure if he really used his strength and roughly got her out, she would lie to the cops with no scruples what so ever. Plus he just had a run in with the cops during his high speed chase a few months prior, he was not trying to see them again if he could help it. Shitty situation to be in.

I know we are speculating either way, but lets go with that being what happened for moment- Even in this hypothetical version of events most favorable to him it still doesn't reflect reasonable decisions.

I'm dealing with a crazy girl, I get her on the balcony and get the door shut and locked. So far so good. Then ...leave her there and leave the building, with her locked out there, and not contact the police? Once that immediate threat was over, demonstrated by him leaving the apt, he's on very shaky ground having this girl locked up and confined without contacting the police. At that point it could be seen as him going beyond defending himself. It was reasonable for him to do so initially to collect his thoughts or to call the cops, but where it hurts him is leaving the building and planning to take care of it himself.

Not to repeat myself, but his statement of "I would (let you leave), but you've been a bad girl" should not be glossed over, and this followed by him locking her on the balcony and then leaving the apartment, just doesn't convey this idea of a cool headed dude simply trying to wait for her to calm down (which is in itself a bad idea and a problem as said above).

Yes, and that is exactly why it would be terrible idea to confine this girl locked in your apartment and go out for a pizza. If she's willing to lie as you said, it sure is not helped by doing something- locking her on the balcony and leaving- that actually would guarantee you get in trouble with the law.

I think guys are getting too caught up in this idea that "this could happen to anybody, nothing he could do about it" in this particular case. There are plenty of things that, if done differently, he would not be under quite as much suspicion.

It's easy to overlook the specifics and say this is simply something that "could happen to the best of us"- but in reality it's bad circumstances compounded by poor decisions, ones that I can't see most reasonable dudes making.

Yes, a crazy girl can happen to anyone. I've dealt with girls hitting me, stealing my money, pretending they have HIV after banging, drunken clusterfucks, you name it. I've thrown girls out a few times. Many men have dealt with this. And the vast majority are no worse for the wear from these incidents, because as long as you don't compound the problem with saying stupid shit or deciding to maintain your own private drunk tank on your balcony, you're very unlikely to be in this guys situation.

Yep. Sadly, the only good advice for guys like myself and others still stuck in hostile environments is:

A) You're going to run into crazies from time to time, particularly when they're lit up

B) The only way to effectively deal with 'em when the crazy-radar starts going off is to eject as fast as possible, or begin documenting everything immediately, or hope you're known far and wide as a saint and upstanding pillar of the community. Preferably all three.

A couple weeks ago I was hanging out near one of my usual watering-holes, and a blonde girl approached me. She was very cute and friendly, but clearly quite drunk, high, or other wise lit up on something, off-balance and rambling on about the stupidest shit in that way really lit up people do. I can tell you I'm not standing there thinking "Wow, how am I going to number close this here HB8? What are my logistics like?" I'm thinking "OK, who here saw me with her that knows I might be a player? Can I get her friends to take her off my hands? Whew, there are security cameras out here. That was also what I thought after listening to the recording. But I think it cuts off before she 'climbs' off and where you hear the scream. Plus the women in the apartment below said she saw the legs dangling down.

I guess the "no no no nooo" was just him carrying her out the balcony door and her freaking out thinking he was going to throw her.
