Been in a shit mood lately and it affected my game.

Havent hit gym in a while so Gaining weight.
Havent been taking care of myself much
Drinking a bit too much.

Was at a lounge here. Saw a gorgeous girl with 4 girlfriends pass by me. We exchange brief looks. They get seated at a table far from me. Im with an older friend who never approaches so i kind of chicken out from going over there. After an hour or so my friends leaving and i see the girls leave too, so i go with them and jump in their elevator.

So i guess where shes from and shes surprised as hell (even though her yes was a very clear and known word from that country, i guess shes drunk and forgot).

Lesson:
The interaction was too short, i shouldve went there earlier or tried to keep her there a bit more or maaaybe just stalk them to other venue, but second option isnt really my style. Number is disconnected now so i guess she left country already.
But damn that girl is the hottest ive seen in a while

Next night we meet 3 local girls who live abroad. One is like a paid guide whos taking them out. One of the other two is gorgeous in a very cute girlfriendy way, i fall in love almost instantly, she has a very good girl look and talks like one also. I go over, say hi, the guide tells me theyll come say hi once family leaves. WHile family is still there, two other guys come and meet them. Then family leaves and guys stick around. I go over there again and the girl acknowledges me but kinda keeps talking to the other guy. So now its a bit awkward.
Anyway i say fuck it and leave.
I get a drunk booty call from another girl so meet her at food place. After 10 mins the cute girl and friends comes in with the two guys there.

I was a bit beta in that i got pissed internally a lot, for some reason i liked her a lot.

Lesson:
I wasnt feeling very comfortable, alcohol had me feeling down and lack of gym.
I shouldnt have turned into mr nice guy.

I find it difficult to reconcile redpill ideology while still retaining post-modern morale. That's probably a good suggestion. With online it's easy to settle "for practice", validation, or just to get my dick wet. I also settled for some less than ideal situations, for example a cool sexy lady who is a full time mom so we rarely get time together. Helps to keep some distance but she's been bringing up exclusivity which just isn't going to happen.

I can't imagine going for 18/19 year olds, we are a similar age but from the pics you've shared you look a lot younger than me. I do want to be working on women under 30, have to keep pushing myself to open more even when the situation isn't ideal.

I wouldn't be so quick triggered in breaking up. I've had similar things happen to me and I just held my ground and said if you want to break up over it that's fine. Neither of them broke it off. One actually gave zero fucks and was scared I was going to dump her as her friend found out I lied about something, and I pulled her aside "there's something important I need to tell you" and confessed before her friend told her. I think her exact words were "that's it?". By the way these were both mini-LTRS, ~3-6 months, not hardcore marriage material girls. Vaun does have a point about trust but I don't think your situation applies.

With your specific case, getting nudes from tinder chicks, I wouldn't even consider this cheating. I'm going to sound like a dick but you can very easily go on the counter-offensive and blame her for snooping. Yeah I've dealt with girls thar stick around after some bomb drops just to try to do as much damage on the way out

I'll be looking for signs of it, like getting close to a "platonic" male friend, or like black out periods of communication, or her going to the bars with her girls. I had a girl show up at my house uninvited when I was with another girl last Monday.
