Due to some unfortunate circumstances and a failed startup, I am broke and was recently forced to move back to my parents house while I save some money. I'm grateful that my parents are letting me stay, but I have zero privacy in the small house I grew up in. I'm almost 30 and it's embarrassing, but I'd be an idiot to pass up on the free rent while I try to get back on my feet ASAP.

Anyway, my best friend is the man. He and his girlfriend live together in nice apartment 15 minutes away. They are both very sympathetic to my situation, and have offered me their spare bedroom to bang girls whenever I want. I haven't taken him up on his offer once, and instead have relied on risky public sex that gives me anxiety. I was hoping RVF could offer some advice on not only how to tell girls about it, but how to be respectful to my friend who is doing me a major solid. In college, I let him bang in my room all the time if he had nowhere to go, so he knows I'd do the same for him. However, that was 10 years ago and we were living in a disgusting college dorm.

Have any of you played a role in this scenario before? What would I tell ONSs or date girls I haven't banged yet when I bring them back? Should I just pretend I live there? I don't want random bitches making themselves at home at my friends house aside from using the bathroom...

I've let friends bang girls at my place before. I leave them a box of condoms and a full 2 liter bottle of water with two glasses laid out, because I'm classy like that.

However, I only this to be scheduled when I know that I'm not going to be home. This avoid awkwardness and inconvenience for me, which benefits everyone, because that means that I'll be much more open to continuing the arrangement in the future if the cost is minimal to me.

Best case scenario, bang girls their during the day when both he and his girlfriend are out.

Just pretend you live there with your roommate. No need to make any fancy story. Just bring her there and say that he's your roommate. Many people do that and it's normal.

If your friend isn't home, it's up to you whether you want to say you live alone, but I suggest you still go the roommate route because his stuff will likely be there.

I offered my place to a protégé who was having problems to "seal the deal".
It did not materialise.

You don't need to tell them anything. If they ask, tell them that it is a nice place. Don't pretend to live (since you don't know where everything is), if confronted explain that it is a friend's house and you have permission.
