I've spent a good couple of minutes mesmerized by this picture. Based on my limited knowledge of anatomy, it makes absolutely no sense to me. I just can't understand how her fat drapes it's way around her body in that way. This picture is truly surreal.

Probably not. Look how wide the wheelchair is - I'd bet that it belongs to her, and not the whale in red who's likely only sitting in it to get her nails photographed/catch her breath.

Note two other things: one, that Strawberry Hutt is so huge that you don't notice at first that the woman in red is morbidly obese in her own right and would otherwise rate her own image in this thread; and two (and more horrifying in its implications), one or both of these women gave birth.

Out of curiosity, I took a quick look at the image itself. Can't see any evidence that it's been photoshopped, so as incredible as it is, it's quite probably real.
