My last exam is next Monday, and I have to move out my dorm back to my hometown the following day. I can only stay in until noon on next Wednesday. I think your strategy is pretty good since you're inviting her in your environment and it's important in terms of frames and all but don't you feel that this scenario might increase the flakiness? Since some girl will be intimidated by your friends. Sounds like a high risk high reward stategy.

If she is down for coffee, take her out for coffee. Then, you can mention how some of your friends were getting together close by at xx and you told them you would stop by later.

If it is just 2-4 people, it shouldn't be a big deal if she is social and outgoing. Too many people can be overwhelming which could make her feel out of place. A few people can allow her to socialize and establish common ground. This makes it good for you because you will be able to gauge how comfortable she is amongst your friends. If she sees that you're friends with good people, she will assume you're a good guy, thus, allowing you the potential to bring her back to your place.

You should have noticed her 1 word answer with no counter offer. You can't push after that because she isn't putting in any effort. You can see after you pushed that she thinks you're needy now.

So here is the story.

Met this girl last week at my favorite greasy food joint. Never see any girls there. She was on a half-date i.e. the guy thought it was a date. Grabbed her number and we set up a late afternoon Saturday date.

Met up at the bar next door to my apt. We sit at the bar, I immediately pull her stool close to mine. It's on. She's putting up a lot of resistance. Turns out her father is lenonese, mother from East Europe, but she is american.

Fast forward 1.5 hrs. We are at my place chilling, touchy, things are heating up. So I pick her up, carry her into the next room, set her down on the bed. Too fast, she locks up. OK, So I start over, sit her down, the usual. Suddenly her phone starts blowing up. It's now Saturday nite and she had made plans.

My feelings on the matter are that she was 1-2pts hotter than the usual girl I would bang. I was hesitating to escalate at times I should have and I am sure it was less than 100% smooth at times.

She leaves on a good note. At 1am I get a text from her:
