Yeah, well, that is the point for most men. In fact, when the homos try to work on straight guys, their whole argument is that the physical sensation will be better because they have the same equipment.

I haven't been to the Phils so can't comment on whether they are more realistic but I've never had trouble spotting them in the rest of Asia.
Even if they have everything done (tits, adams apple, voice, etc) there are 3 dead giveaways:
1. Height - This is especially true in Thailand
2. Too pretty - Lady boys look better than the real girls

@Brodiaga-I didn't do it AT ALL in thailand.

Phillipines its a little less clear ESPECIALLY from those seedy semi-pro/pro places. I didn't pay everytime but if I get that semi-pro vibe Ill just pay out of general don't want any potential problems.

I'm sure there are gay members of this forum, just like there are female members. Now if they post and are in good standing, that may be different.

Here is how I screen for pros.

I try to avoid places known for being frequented by whores, but in SEA, you can run into pros even at the best and most exclusive clubs.

I approach a girl in a club, ask her name and then say "Hey, are you a student? Cause you look like one". They take it as a compliment, especially those in mid 20s or older. Then if she tells me she has a job, I ask what she does. If she has a proper job, chances are she doesn't expect money. Some will say "I'm a lady for the night" or whatever, then it's pretty clear they expect to be paid. In this case, I say "Sorry, I don't pay for sex". Then it's up to her, some of them may offer a freebie.. whether or not it's wise to take it is a different question, but at least they know what to expect. If you're still not sure if she's a pro after you talk to her (let's say she says she's a student but gives off a pro vibe), then you can say straight up something like "There are many pros out there, but I'm not looking for one because I don't pay for sex".

If you get into trouble with girls threatening to trash your place and stuff, it means you need to screen better before you take them to your place. It comes with experience, but generally if she is nice and polite she's unlikely to go ape shit later. Also, not drinking too much helps too (I know that, but I still don't always follow this rule).
