Allowing thieves to operate isn't some anti-white knight activity. it doesn't make you weak.
It is a reflection of you as a person when you allow shitesters to go about with impunity. How would you like it if someone observed a thief in action going through your bag, took valuable possessions and did nothing but say, "well I don't know you, I'm an asshole".
How hot would your fist be at that very moment in time?
Ok, excuse me while I go dealing with shit I don't care about and waste my social time telling stories to bouncers.
No one's talking about white knighting here. I've lost big money, bankcards and phones the same way. I still don't expect people to look out for my shit if I don't know them.
I don't get involved in shit that doesn't impact me or my people. Apparently that makes me some sort of bad guy. What?

You have a long way to go in understanding Red Pill truths if your attitude is going to be 'doing the right thing is a waste of my social time', my friend.
True, it's not about white knighting. One of the prerequisites of a White Knight action (i believe) involves a 'victim' invoking her Pussy Pass rights.
What you've got here was about being in a position to do the right thing & stepping up in the way a self aware Man would.
You've had several senior & respected forum members above me already articulate their views. You're not helping your case by being defensive.

If I go out with a group of friends I'm typically not going to leave things of value laying out but if I happen to leave my Zippo or phone on a table and someone tries to steal it I would hope that one of my friends would clock the guy or at the very least shoo him away.
Not sure if these are casual aqcuantances of yours or what but in my opinion its not white knighting to protect your friends shit. I would be pretty pissed at you that you didn't step in. There's no running to the bouncer telling on the guy you don't necessarily have to get physical but at least be like dude wtf do you think your doing?
YOu don't have to fuck someone up but at least be assertive and let it be known someone isn't going to steal from my friends in front of me.
I agree with you, but see I have a hard time controlling myself and if I were to go in his face I know 100% that it would end with fists. I was trying to avoid this first and foremost, because I have a history of escalating too fast and digging people in the head.
I get where you're comming from I'm kind of the same way, I have a hard time finding a middle ground. I'm either pretty easygoing or I'm over the top going to murder somebody.
I kind of got in this kick of trying to be more assertive and my girlfriend has to tell me to tone it down because I scare people over minor shit like talking in the movies lol.
Anyhow, something I do is just try to be very calm almost over the top calm where I'm like hello goodfellow, it seems you're trying to steal from my friend please don't do that. It sounds ridiculosu but thats almost how I have to be to not go overboard. If they wanna take it there then thats on them and not me but I have to monitor my tone, voice, level, and even my heartrate and breathing control to not let myself get to that place but in a scenario like this you absolutely have to step in or your not being a good friend or a good citizen even.

Yeah I feel you man this is one aspect of my game(life) I'm trying to improve, it's just that on this night I needed to make some good first impressions, and they would be bad if I was known as "Mr. Fight club". I suppose you can say I took the "safe" route, not because I don't care about my classmates, but because I could fall out with them if something bad happened, despite looking out for them.
You get what I'm saying? I'm finding it quite tough to clearly explain myself.

Sitting down on some benches some guy just snuck in like he wanted to sit there looking normal and all. I noticed he started stealing shit mainly from the girls' bags. He took a girls iphone and just gave it to me. Stole some money, smokes and some other small shit.
I was just going along with the act, but though after a few minutes he's stealing from the people I'm here with .......
So basically, if you blatantly see someone stealing from people who are near you, "you're cool with that" and will even accept some of the stolen goods for yourself.....but you draw the line when someone starts stealing from people you know who are sitting next to you....."that's just how you operate"....
Good to see a newbee joining the Forum who has such high moral standards of conduct.....

Nothing wrong with that.
All Little Dark threads ought to be stickied.
"I can count on one hand, literally, the number of women I have ever met that can take that kind of advice, accept it and make use of it without their epic egos setting metaphorical fire to the conversation.
Most women "looking for advice" are in reality looking for someone to validate their cosmic victimhood, because it's not really their fault, because it's never their fault. This behavioural trait isn't absent among men, but when we fail society cares not, while when women fail there is no shortage of comforting platitudes on offer from every vector."
